Sorry to hear about your Lost VIP card. If you tell the store manager your email address, they should be able to find your VIP account and number. If for some "IT" reason they cannot find your VIP number, they will issue a temporary card and you can update your account later. All VIP points should be combined automatically or CS will correct the problem later. I have been through this and ended up with about 6 VIP cards :) but I never lost any points. If you do have trouble, CS may give you a few points because of the inconvenience.
