    I haven't opened my box. It says wrapped, but nothing indicates that I should/can.

    Yes, we have! I have a friend in ND who's always surprised that I LIKE snow. (Though, I haven't been out in it yet, my family doesn't want me broken... We're still figuring that out.)

    I'd like to see #6954 Renegade modernized like #928/#497, but I don't think it would be any cooler... just newer.
    IIRC, I bought mine from the Kmart a block from my grandparents' house in May of 1987, using either birthday or graduation money.

    The tissues are just to wipe the fingerprints off of the clear plastic windows.  On the box.  Nothing else.

    It is already boxed, so just stick a label on the front. And maybe scribble over the box with a sharpie to disguise it.
