  They're clearly burying the lead - that Raptor is actually a Hulk-Raptor, as a result of experimentation by Dr. Mindbender, Dr. Frankenstein, and Dr. Wu.

  I keep seeing this one pop p on eBay and makes me laugh every time! I'm pretty sure that when it was first listed, it had something like a $20 starting price.
  And not only is it just a b&w photocopy of instructions... But the $12.55 shipping just kills me!

  So, that's about 12,000 US Dollars. For that kind of money, I'd want to know exactly how many minifigs, and all the extras- "approximately 1250" is not good enough.

  Funnily enough, the tan beard is probably the most expensive piece there and could be a good deal depending on the price of the figure.
  

  The tan beard was never used on a minifigure but only came as decoration in #10196 Grand Carousel.

  Do people buy used sets to avoid having to build them?
  
  I am dealing with a dispute on eBay right now with the Tower Bridge. I posted images of the set fully built and sent it partially/decently disassembled so I could save on shipping (Mentioned in the description that it will be shipped disassembled and that I would do my best to package sections of the set together). Now they are mentioning they didn't expect it to be as disassembled as much as it was received. 
  
  I've been downsizing and this is the first time that I've received such a complaint. They would like to return the set now. I'm going to be even more clear about how I ship sets in the future. Learning experience.
  
  Isn't the fun part of a LEGO set building it? Isn't it expected?
  
  Call me out if I am in the wrong, but I guess what I'm asking is do people really buy sets with no intent to build them?

  @Mynatt honestly it's hard to tell how eBay will react.  You clearly stated it in your description so ethically they have no leg to stand on, but eBay has been known to bend over backwards for buyers even when they're wrong.  If you do accept the return, be very careful that it's the same set you sent them and they're not fleecing you.
  
  Personally I tear down any used sets I buy and rebuild them from square one, in my experience, more often than not the first owner missed a part, mixed up a color, or faced something in the wrong direction along the way.
