Thanks. They all get that nostalgia thing going for me. Here's the last of the retro MOCs, #6693. This is the one I've been wanting to do the longest.

Couple of MOD police cars based on the car from set #76120, which now locks me in to 6 wide cars all round.

I think #76120 is a great set.  It's a little overpriced by part count, but the builds and minifigures are all excellent, especially the police car.  By far the best 6w police car released to date.  So much playability in that set.

Yeah, I didn't get the set just used the instructions, but some of the vehicles in super hero sets are pretty good and I'm finding them a good source. I have #76173 and #76176 for that reason.

    "What A Strange Forest"

Sir Gylbard drew his sword. He knew it was impossible, but it felt as if the trees were leaning away from him as he rode by.

He thought to himself, "What a strange forest!"

I was browsing through my old Stud.io files when I found an almost complete Minecraft build that I never finished. So, here it is, The Coral Reef!

I don't know what the etiquette is, but I'm happy to share the Studio file for the theater if people want it.  I just don't want to infringe on the guy selling his plans on ReBrickable that I based the look upon from his photos (not his actual plans which I didn't buy and don't have).

"A Dispatch By Firelight, El Oleonda"

Major Brickleton had seen it with his own eyes - Seawatch was besieged! The settlement was in desperate straits and was terribly close to being taken by Lotii forces.

After successfully recording enemy numbers and positions, he had stealthily retreated away from the encircled city with his company of cavalry.

While Brickleton believed they had escaped unnoticed, this time they headed to Fort Arltrees by way of the temperate central mountains of the island to hopefully scout out a second route allied forces could use to reach Seawatch.

As night fell, he sat by a small campfire writing a dispatch to be sent to Colonel Wolf.

"Forbes, toss a few more branches on the fire please. This dispatch will contain somber news and I mustn't mince words. Our forces must learn of the tenuous situation in Seawatch."

    "South From Gettysburg"

As the 6th Maine headed south away from Gettysburg, Corporal Breckinridge spotted a huge blasted tree trunk that must have caught artillery fire.

He smiled and thought to himself, “That must have been a big tree!”.

It was the first time he had smiled since the battle had ended.

An excuse to try using Bruce Wayne Tuxedo hips under the imperial admiral torso. I think the hips do a good job filling out the bottom of the waistcoat!

I really enjoy the use of the missile shooters at the bottom of the rockwork in the front for just a little added texture. The "hexagon rocks" are also really fantastic. Another great MOC!

Had to zoom in to see what you meant but heartily agree it looks great to break up the "uniformity" of the colours of the rock from the tideline.

"A Strategic Withdraw From Fort Ticonderoga"

The night watch had spotted campfires on Sugar Loaf the night before, indicating a sizable British presence on the high ground above the fort. Once the British erected artillery, the fort would be indefensible. Aware of the political suicide a withdraw would cause, General St. Clair nevertheless orders his force of continental soldiers away from Fort Ticonderoga.

    "Return to Fort Arltrees"

Having returned from his reconnaissance mission to observe the siege of Seawatch, Major Brickleton arrives back at the outskirts of Fort Arltrees. While most of the Corlander forces in the New Haven Sea are not in the Oleonese port city, there is a small contingent interfacing with the bluecoat forces.

Just a small build to see what digital building Stud.io is all about! Was pretty fun to use, and no disassembly required when it's done! I tried not to use too many crazy colors.

    Dear BricksetForum community,

as this is an excellent place to talk about LEGO MOCs, I'd like to present my current creation and release it for discussion.

It's about the Lucasfilm fantasy classic "Willow" from 1988. On this way I could combine my love to bricks, especially to the classic castle theme, and one my favorite childhood movies as well.

I hope it's ok to post it here - it's not meant to be a call, but I also submitted it to LEGOIdeas (and of course I'm grateful for every support - link below pictures)

Do you know the movie? What do you think about this creation?
    Tips & critism welcome.

    Thanks a lot.
    Sincerly, MontyMatte

    "Fourth Moon of Cestus VI"

As the away team maintained their course to the northwest, Commander Riker squinted into the distance. "Mr. Data, do your tricorder readings still suggest the crashed shuttle is over the next ridge?"

"They do, sir, but I'm only picking up Romulan life signs."

    -------------

A quick Star Trek The Next Generation MOC I made in Stud.io this week while quarantining with COVID. It was inspired by the trailer for the new season of Picard. Hoping to get back to physical bricks again soon when I have more energy.

    "Blueberry Manor, Queenston"

Hilga Duff and her husband Herbert head to town with a few baskets of blueberries.

Hilga had loved blueberries since she was child in Belson and had made it a point to transplant some bushes to the colonies. Those few bushes had really taken off, the wet land around Queenston being an excellent fit for the fruit.

Though they had named their home Duff Manor, the locals referred to it as Blueberry Manor.

    ------------

Wanted to play around with a dark azure and sand green landscape!

    "Reunited With The Fleet"

His recon mission completed, Major Brickleton was eager to rejoin the Corlander fleet before the ensuing battle.

Word reached Fort Arltrees that the Corlander fleet out of Spudkirk would be headed near the town on its way to El Oleonda that night. In exchange for their horses, Major Brickleton arranged with the local Oleon command to provide enough dinghies to transport the squad of 18th Hussars that accompanied him.

With a final wave and shove-off, the group set out in the foggy pre-dawn light to reunite with their own forces.

"The Grand Review of the Armies"

The Grand Review of the Armies was a military procession and celebration in Washington, D.C. on May 23–24, 1865 following the Union victory in the American Civil War. Elements of the Union Army paraded through the streets of the capital to receive accolades from the crowds.

    Hi together,

the Lucasfilm fantasy classic 'Willow' from 1988 with Warwick Davis and Val Kilmer has recently cast a spell on me. So I decided to create some MOCs to bring the film closer to others as well. I will probably build more mocs for this, so this is called 'Chapter 1'. Please enjoy. Story (very) shortened in comments [spoiler] .

    Willow 11

The Nelwyn are little and mostly happy people. They live together in villages close to the forest, work as craftsmen, celebrate festivals– all what a happy folk does. But beware, there are also "great" warriors among them. One of these Nelwyn is called "Willow". As a farmer and aspiring sorcerer, he and his wonderful wife Kiaya have two children, Ranon and Mims. One day the children were playing by the river and found something in the water... The adventure begins!

    Willow 12

If there's one Nelwyn that could be described as rather unfriendly, it’d be Burglekutt. The day they found the baby, the prefect of the village and chairman of the village council accuses Willow of stealing seeds. They can only be bought from Burglekutt. Willow explained he and his wife had been looking for them in the forest last autumn. But the sleazy and grumpy Nelwyn wishes Willow only bad luck and he hopes to own his land soon.

    Willow 13

On a festival in the Nelwyn Village, all residents are present to enjoy magic tricks , music, dance and more. Looking for a future sorcerer's apprentice, the High Aldwin asked at a ceremony in which finger the power of the universe is in. But even Willow was on the right track, he changes his mind at the last minute. And so again, no application is successful. As Willow's disappointment continues, a frightening threat approached...

    Willow 14

Evil Queen Bavmorda's Death Dogs had tracked down the baby. Elora Danans is the chosen one of a prophecy who would cause downfall of Bavmorda. Now it‘s the time of the Nelwyn warriors . After deafeating the beast, Willow presents the baby to the council. No, Willow wasn't thrown into the pit. But he should bring her to the Daikini. So Willow, some brave companions (and Burglekutt) leave their home. That’s the beginning of a long journey and the end of chapter one

    ---

The idea came from my current LEGOIdeas project. Maybe you'd like to have a look. Link: https://ideas.lego.com/s/p:2083518f81ae404c88198126c5ad7868
(Of course I'd appreciate a support there too pir-sweet). Thanks for your attention. And of course I'd be glad to discuss about it.

    Sincerley,
    Tobi aka. MontyMatte
