WTTF - VIP Beskar Keychain; 20th Anniversary Vader/Lando

Aloha, Bricksetters!

I'm after a couple of the silly 20th Anniversary Star Wars minifigures.

#SW1027 - Lando Calrissian
#SW1029 - Darth Vader

I'd like the baseplates as well.  (But it appears the baseplates are super-cheap on Bricklink, so it's not compulsory.)

I have all sorts of stuff I'm happy to undervalue to complete a swap.  I've got an extra Leia, if you're looking to complete your own set.  Frankly, if you want to buy the figures off of Bricklink and then trade me - I'm happy to do that as well.  I've got plenty of stuff I'm happy to value above the acquisition cost off of Bricklink.

Thanks!

Vouching for Sumo here.  For those that (somehow!?) don't know Sumo, he is a fantastic trader and speaks the truth about sweetening a trade.  If you can help him out, do like Shia says and "DO IT!"

I bought the Wicked Bricks display for these figures, and totally blanked on picking up the Lando and Vader sets.  If it helps for you SW fans out there, I have a #73502 Imperial Shuttle, a #75216 Snoke Dance Party, a few Solo sets, and some older A-Wings, if that's your thing.

    Thanks!

I do have an unwanted Darth Vader from #75261 if you can't find a US trader! Sadly only other 2 I have are the Han and Obi ones, all still sealed...

And also, I'm just going to put it out there - I will be looking for some extras of the Mandalorian Beskar Keychains.

And as most of you are well-aware, I am very generous in trades for such things.

I can immediately offer a #75310 Duel on Mandalore set for the keychain, if you are so inclined to commit to a trade in advance.

    Thanks!

Just in case you're planning on melting these down to create some Madalorian armour, I have some bad news. I just checked with Lego CS and the keychains aren't actually made out of Beskar. Typical bloody Lego bait and switch!

Psst... they're actually an Adamantium/Vibranium alloy mixed with Beskar.

Might also be Uru, but considering there aren't any remaining dwarves to forge a frisbee in the heart of a dying star, that's a total waste of time, anyway.

I heard a rumor that they were going to use mithril but couldn’t because they had foolishly let the LOTR license lapse.

I got the beskar ingot today. I have no idea what it has to do with Lego, but I really like it. And it makes me happy that I have the other two - the 2x4 brick and Han in carbonite. Nothing like starting a collection within a collection.

Yes - although I can't help feeling a bit perturbed that the boxes don't match now that I've put all three together...

I have all 3 key rings, but now I can’t remember where the 2x4 brick one is. Hmm… I think I now know what it’s like to be SumoLego

I like to think they hired someone with a job description that is to piss off AFOLs / VIPs in a passive aggressive way. Here's a great product for you, that doesn't quite match the last one.

Yeah - that guy works in marketing and his/her first notable success was the inconsistent UCS badge for Star Wars sets... and the retroactive inclusion of Market Street into the modular line...

Also had a hand in making SDCC Brickheadz part of the numbered series.  And only making the Jean Grey/Phoenix minifigure available as an SDCC exclusive.  (When Cyclops, Wolverine and Storm are available figures.)

Also looking for a Corvus Glaive, with the Vision-kabobstick.

    Thanks!

WE NEED THIS MAN'S NAME SO WE CAN TAR AND FEATHER HIM FOR ALL OF THESE SINS!!!

On a more reasonable note: Have you been able to work something out to get your precious beskar keyring(s)? I can't help with the 2 20th anniversary minifigs, but I might be able to help with the keyring, if my order ever ships.

On the off-chance you have a Trebor Coleman, I'd be willing to trade a Lando that I could dig out from a sealed box. That's if you don't mind the hassle of doing a transatlantic trade.

I never mind a transatlantic trade - for little stuff.

Let me see if I can track one down.  He's the parasaurolophus-looking Jedi from the AT-TE set from a few years back?

I want to thank certain people for graciously making trade arrangements for the 20th Anniversary minifigs.  As should be obvious, I much prefer to trade over just buying stuff on Bricklink.

I am still after a couple more Beskar Keychains, and would be interested in the other SW and this month's GWPs.

    Thanks!

I'm totally addicted to the live auctions on Whatnot.  Too many custom minifigs for my liking, but I think the structure of the auctions are entertaining and some really good deals.
