    Purchased the Boutique Hotel set at the local LEGO Store and got three GWP sets.  I can't remember if this is the first time LEGO offered three GWP sets for just buying one qualified set.  I know this is the first for me.

    picked up #7094 yesterday. Incomplete, but bags 4 and up are unopened, some parts loose in the box, so I'm not sure yet what's missing besides the dragon.

    Had about 5 packages from Target and Zavvi come in over the last week that had a bunch of sets that I had been waiting for good sales on that all happened at once.  Ended up adding more than 38.2 thousand more pieces to my collection from just these packages.  It may be the biggest jump in piece count I've ever had in a single week since I started collection.

    Granted, a bunch of them are 1x1s from 7 art mosaics, BUT STILL.

    My mother and nephew build together all the time.  He's 5 now, so of course little pieces go missing all the time.  Sometimes she asks me to get her replacement pieces, usually 5-10 at a time.  I try to tell her that she can't just spring things like this on me, and it might take a month or two before I have a spare $100 to spend to get her her $0.40 in parts, but she just doesn't get it.

    @Fizyx sounds like a spare parts kit could be in order.  At 5 colors and such aren’t as rigid, maybe make a little ‘toolbox’ of assorted pieces that could be used in place of or spur a whole new direction to allow building to continue while waiting if necessary.

    Just placed a pick a brick hub order and found 11 length technic lift arms in green!  These were only used in one set - the 2017 technic nutcracker employee gift.  There have been none for sale on BL for a long time.

    @WesterBricks you are right - I got mixed up with color family and now have bright green lift arms coming.  I got extras and was going to offer you three but they won’t do either one of us any good for the nutcracker.  

    I still have parts coming but thought I’d build substituting the 3 green and then decide if white would look okay and then order white or another color panels to swap out for the base entirely.

    I just stocked up on a few dozen 6pc Plastic Drawer Organizer Clear - Brightroom™. They split up the Sterilite Wide 3 Drawer Unit well.

    I just ordered a bulk lot on eBay that has a fair amount of non Lego in the pictures, but also appears to have decent chunks of the #10173 Holiday Train.  Here’s hoping.

    As requested, the first pic. Most of the holiday train, some old Harry Potter, some Exo Force, some Knights Kingdom, and some knockoffs and other toys. I’m not seeing many minifigures, either they are gone, or settled to the bottom of the parcels.

    This is the cleanest used collection I’ve ever bought. Seriously, no scratches, no dirt, everything is shiny, they all look factory fresh.

    I find myself craving new themes these days.  Is there a regular cycle of new themes?  Or should we just wait until they risk something again like Vidiyo?  I'm due for new.

    Just ordered most of a #10233 Horizon Express on eBay for $100 shipped. It’s weird, bags 1 (the loco) are sealed, but they started building both passenger cars. I took a good look at the photos and I feel I’ll be able to complete much of the missing parts from my collection. Crossing my fingers!

    In stock at the Mall of America LEGO store: #75342 Republic Fighter Tank and #40524 Sunflowers. #40460 Roses and #40461 Tulips also in stock. I haven't seen printed part other than the eyes in a long time. The transparent pane for the 2x2 windows was nice to finally get: I have a lot of windows that need glazing.

    A general question on SaH and promos. Haven’t purchased anything since the holidays.

    last night/overnight I made 2 orders over $200 to qualify for all the promos and confirmed at the time that homestead kitchen was in both baskets at checkout.

    wake up to find in my second order confirmation Homestead Kitchen has been removed. The order is till over $200 all SW. the other promos still show.

    I know the T&Cs say ‘one per household’ but this is the first time I have experienced it being applied. Is SaH cracking down on this?

    #75290 Mos Eisley Cantina. Plus BAM 3-pack- purple bear suit and two Flame Yellowish Orange chickensuits, and six Muppets CMFs. I didn't try to ID them except to try to get six different- there was a line to get into the store, so I got in and out relatively quickly. Still looked at everything, of course. 
    I got four GWPs: the three SW ones, plus #30417 Garden Flower and Butterfly.

    Bought too much…

    From [email protected]: #75301, #75318 and #75311. All were 2x VIP and combined were enough for all three GWP.

    Also got to my local ATL area store about 11:45. Waited in line for an hour, having some good conversation. They still had plenty of GWP and the UCS Landspeeder. They also had more sets with 2x VIP than what was online. New helmets and Boba Fett’s Throne Room were both 2x, but last year’s weren’t. 😕 so I walked away with: #75326, #75316, #75324 and a full set of GWP.

    My Uncle Owen from the UCS Sandcrawler now has more company than he probably wanted, with 2x Aunt Beru and a blue milk Luke.

    After a very disappointing May 4th withalready having the majority of what I wanted some time ago, then the exclusions to the double points, and then the Beru GWP going out of stock, I took to eBay instead and snagged a BNIB #75298 microfighrer double pack, primarily for the brick built super cute Tauntaun to go along with my #75288 AT-AT and my Hoth AT-ST. I think I'm going to have to start looking at retired sets to get the remainder of what I'd like in the near future, and so the slippery slope begins!

    I just mashed Buy Now on this bulk lot that appears to contain the Santa Fe Super Chief and some vintage Star Wars stuff.

    The stickered panels belong to the #7163 Republic Gunship that contains Jedi Bob, and I do see part of a Super Battle Droid in one of the pictures. If Jedi Bob is in the box, he’ll pay for the whole lot.

    I’m not going to hold my breath, but I also see several parts of #7153 Jango’s Slave I. If Jango is hiding in there somewhere, he can definitely cover the cost.

    I won’t be surprised if there are no valuable minifigures though, that’s usually how these bulk lots go. I see enough of the Super Chief to be worth it for me.

    So I ran out of current Lego Star Wars sets that I wanted and dipped my toe into retired sets. I would like to dedicate a Billy shelf to Tatooine, and in that vein I spent a small fortune on three retired sets today with more likely to follow.

    #75220 Jawa Sandcrawler (used). Farmboy Luke Skywalker will likely end up inside the Millennium Falcon.
    #75228 for the brickbuilt Dewback. I'm not too bothered about the escape pod, but R2 and Threepio will probably end up imprisoned in the aforementioned Sandcrawler.
    #75271 Luke's Landspeeder, new but damaged box. Not the new UCS one mind you, I'm deliberately trying to avoid UCS sets to have a more compact and child / visitor friendly display, but the playscale one with Poncho Luke, C3-PO and another Jawa to populate the Sandcrawler.

    Here's hoping they arrive whilst my wife is out so I can build them and slip them onto the shelves before she notices :D
