Only kidding - it's not even on my want list.
So before the adrenaline crash occurs, I'll hang around on the LEGO site to see if it crashes...curious if the all the hype turns into massive sales...
I've dismantled both sets now, and while I haven't done the full inventory, I initially believe that the Caribbean Clipper is complete and the Black Seas Barracuda in only missing a few small and easily (cheaply) replaceable pieces.
It's a happy day.
They had them pre-packaged and ready to go. Walk-in to walk-out was about 7 minutes, despite the hoards of customers.
But seriously, why would they double-up a plastic tote? Those things are pretty sturdy.
I got it awhile ago on a pretty good sale because we love all the baking shows in our house, and it definitely matches up with them well. Great little set with some great little easter eggs as well. Definitely recommended.
On the other hand about 4-5 years ago we could only dream about the clearance prices I read about here on the wallmart and target threads.

It has extra 10% off this weekend.
Here is the lego cerified website with the official RRP price for comparison:

So 1105 Ron price from 1800 Ron RRP.
My wife also stopped at the BAM bar and started putting figs together to add to our Winter Village. We were able to find three Christmas sweaters, a few dual molded legs, and then a snowboard, guitar, and chameleon for accessories. It's a bit of a random assortment, but definitely fits into the feel of our village.
All kidding aside, if you don't mind, I am curious about the Christmas sweaters.
It's a trap!
...no, I literally greased the wheels with the Chinese food to get them moving so we could get to the store.
I didn't intend these to be the final figs that ended up in the village. I like their quirkiness, so we'll keep them as-is for now.
