I was in store today looking to get Room of Requirements which I was able to get.  There were a bunch of shelf tags up on some of the older sets of some themes with a sale date of July 26 -August 22.  I suspect these will probably be what is part of the sale that's advertised for the upcoming week.  Most of them have been at their current sale prices online for the past few weeks.  I'll still check online Sunday to see if there is anything newer that I'm looking for at sale prices.

The DC Shazam Blu-Ray and DVD packs with the Shazam poly are both on sale for $9.99. I also got free shipping after paying with my Red Card.

Does Shazam poly come in both the Bl Ray and DVD (I thought it only came with the bluray)?

I was able to order from Target just now.....maybe they come and go as people's cards are declined?
  • Leandro16Leandro16 Member Posts: 98
Yes as of now still available, was also able to pick one up. I’m wondering if target is cancelling orders that purchased more then one, after they got criticized for the Vader bust.

I was just able to order one from Target.com (and a backordered one from LEGO this morning)

Shows as available for shipping when I looked just now (11:30am EDT). S@H is now showing "Sold Out", so jump NOW from Target if you want it (and have a Red Card).

How often do these Red card member only things happen? I don't have a Target near me so I've never really looked into it.

The only one I'm aware of is the Vader bust from last year.  Not sure if there were any other releases, Lego or otherwise.

The LEGO Movie 2 BrickHeadz were also RedCard only.

They have exclusive Transformers figures that are RedCard only.

They have done a lot of black friday deals as red card early access. I got as PS3 bundle years ago that way.
  • davetheoxygenmandavetheoxygenman Member Posts: 214
They just let me purchase one if anyone is still looking.  Email and order number, so we will see if it ships.

Disney Princess 20% off but since that theme is pricey to begin with that's a particularly mediocre sale
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
A bumch of sets 20% off according to the app
  • 560Heliport560Heliport Member Posts: 4,246
According to Target.com, it was saying "20% off 100s of Lego sets". I found 131 sets on sale... none at more than 10% off. Now the site is saying " more than 100 sets at 20% off". I still can't find any at 20% off.

^ Yup, I hit the “Get the deal” button and I see a bunch of sets all at exactly 10% off 🙄

I used their feedback submission to alert them to their mistake. I’m sure it will be cleared up shortly, lol

Saw this and looked at the add earlier, and the print ad at least said 10% this evening.  I still got a couple, because it's the first time I've seen them off at ALL, and some of them are retiring at the end of the year, and ~15% is almost 20%, soooo figured I wasn't going to get better >.<

Maybe with the coronavirus supply crunch they don't need to discount as much as usual to move what inventory they do have. Lots of small discounts at Walmart as well

That’s definitely true. Why discount when sets are flying off the shelves at RRP.

Yeah, in the past most sets at Walmart were 10-20% off a couple months after release- sometimes on release! This year almost nothing is reduced.

Target and Wal-Mart by me have a pretty good stock of LEGO in the aisles so the Corona crunch isn't felt here.

My Target app currently has a link that says Save 10% on over 100 LEGO sets.*  When I click on it, I'm shown no more than 10 sets of LEGO pajamas... and that is all. I wonder what that asterisk is for...

    That was last week's sale.

Shelf of some Architecture and Ideas over by the books rather than with the rest of the LEGO but also some Architecture in the LEGO aisle

#41428 in regular section might be nice if it was on sale and if I ever develop my beach layout (I often put minidoll sets with thematically similar minifigure sets)

Lots 10% off, some around 5% or 15% but these at 20%
    #21042 Architecture Statue of Liberty
    #75269 #60222 #31101

Just ordered a #75256 Kylo Ren's Shuttle from Target for store pickup since their web site is matching Amazon's price and I get the extra 5% off with my redcard. So, 19% off RRP total.

Sale from last week runs through this week
#41397 might be cute if 4+ sets weren't so overpriced
#75269 seems like a decent deal for a small-ish Star Wars set which had been on my gift list
Of course LEGO is excluded from the toys deal in the app
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
#76162 not included, might've been interested in it on any noticeable deal
  • JooTogJooTog Member Posts: 945
#75246 Death Star Cannon 31% off at the store.
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
Looked at next week's Target ad (their app posts it on Friday), only LEGO thing was 15% off some CITY sets
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
Got a Target toy catalog in the mail Saturday that included $10 giftcard on $50 of select LEGO sets. The page with that announcement had several sets pictured including #60253 Ice Cream Truck - my fat self loves LEGO food sets and I've been looking for a deal on that. Some other sets were seen elsewhere in the catalog (like LEGO Star Wars with other Star Wars)

Didn't get to the store Saturday and that may or may not happen Sunday but I'm definitely taking a look at some point

I ordered #21320 from Target.com today for $49.49 after price matching Amazon.com and applying the RedCard discount.  I also received the $10 gift card.
  • karritkarrit Member Posts: 1,066
I'd been putting off ordering The Burrow hoping for the gift card promo so I finally ordered it today.  I could wait to see if they do a 20% off but lately it seems they don't offer that on the pricier sets and I figure as it gets closer to Christmas they will start going out of stock on the sets I've been waiting to get.  I'm thinking about getting a couple more of the Quidditch set so I should probably think about ordering those too.
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
Most but not all sets have the sign, some of each theme.
From my wantlist #76162 and #11010 are included and #41428 isn't. And besides meaning to get a white baseplate, not being priced at a $5 increment might help get over $50 without going too far over
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
    Other baseplates are also included

    #60267 #41390 #76146 look nifty

#41426 is included in the deal but I only really want the heart shaped waffle tile so I'll BrickLink that

good to know it combines with price match to other sites.
#10701 (light gray 48-stud/15-inch square baseplate) scanned at $12.29 instore but was $11.99 on their own website. That's $11.76 on Amazon, and the other things in my list are also slightly on sale

Amazon also has a $10 off $50 off LEGO deal

The Target dogs name is Bullseye. The gift card pic would make a nice polybag set.

Doh! Bullseye, spot, same thing :)

I wonder how often they’ll be asked how to buy the set on the card.

Got 2 11010, 60253 and 60267 with Amazon price match and the gift card deal but it was a production involving 3 cashiers to find out if I could do that and they said I couldn't double dip next time, all while I had a bus to catch

Also price match only applies to qty1 of each item but the difference on 11010 was only 20c so no biggie there

41390 has beach stuff on the box art but not really in the model. 41428 is more beach themed and still has a music stage on the roof. Might BrickLink just the big turquoise stars from 41390

The $10 giftcard deal isn't so great on thr bigger sets. And #60233 has a bunch of unrelated stuff going on even if the models are good individually

#60221 looks interesting and the 15.99 price helps with just over $50 math. #75965 #70672 #41380 #75953 #75946 and several Hidden Side also on good sale and included in the deal

#10927 not at my store but may get for LEGO food collection
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
#71027 s20 CMF also included. Might finally look up ID guide, hadn't bothered at 4.99 price point
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,352
Found 7 CMFs but rushed a bit in identification as it got close to closing time.

Got #71700 as being similar to 31100 as a small vehicle model, and has a minifig plus whatever the Ninjago theme is worth to the gift recipient.

Offer runs until just before midnight Pacific

DOTS look nice as parts packs but I don't need more of that
  • karritkarrit Member Posts: 1,066
Some of the newest LEGO sets in most themes are currently 20% off online that aren't part of the gift card promo.  Note that they are not also eligible for the spend $50 get a $10 gift card promo.  I noted that Privet Drive, Room of Requirements, Forbidden Forest, two of the latest Creator 3 in 1 sets, some of the new City Ocean sets to name a few are 20% off.
