    Ooo, a Christmas tree farm would be really good, especially with a nice big red barn!  I think that's one of the most creative suggestions that could also easily fit into the theme that I have seen.  I definitely second this and hope that even if we don't see it this year, we see it in the future!

    In 2013 there was #40082 and #40083 (Christmas Tree Stand / Christmas Tree Truck).

    I've been thinking about the reindeer picture that leaked and what sets it could reasonably go with. I know the prevailing assumption is this Elf Clubhouse. However,  I'm curious what sets others think this could go with?

    Some ideas I had:
    Picture with Santa (an expansion on the Winter festival/Marketplace set)
    Mountain Cabin
    Ski Chalet 
    Winter Petting Zoo? (Super unlikely, but it would be fun)

    What do you think?

    But he'd need a tilt-rotor to be able to hover at each house! I suppose he could use a Harrier...

    Not much stowage space in a Harrier. He could just convert an old 747 and land that. Who needs half the neighbourhood anyway?! Less presents to deliver.

    Yes, and clearly not based on a military vehicle.  There are all sorts of private civilian aircraft carriers floating around our planet...

    doesn't seem to be too much prelaunch excitement this year ..? the rumoured theme of elf clubhouse perhaps a bit esoteric ..?

    I really wish they would go back to something normal. A shop, a town hall, a theater, something.

    @thenos Yes, I agree. I have been buying these from #10235 Winter Village Market onwards, so missed out on the Bakery, Cottage and Post Office and haven't bought the Gingerbread House. I'd definitely love some more "normal" buildings to add to my collection.

    I'm excited to see what it is and to buy it. I just don't really have any particular idea of what an "Elf Clubhouse" might be.

    There's also been a lot of speculation on Diagon Alley (not as much any more) and the next Star Wars UCS/MBS that is taking up the little mental space I have for Lego set speculation right now. :)

    I'm excited to hear what it will be. But also excited to find out so then I can pull the trigger on buying parts for a MOC build as well. It's a bit of a gamble to wait with how backlogged B&P is currently, but I don't want to buy pieces for a nice cottage only to have the official set be a cottage. Or to build a diner or shop and have the official set be those. Hopefully I can thread the needle a bit on my parts orders.

    I'd like LEGO to increase the fig distribution on the set. Especially if it's $100+. Gingerbread House was great, but really light on the figs. If this is an Elves Clubhouse, then we need 4 elves, Santa, and a maybe a kid receiving a package or something.

    4? I'd like 6 or more! #10245 had 6 minifigs (4 Elves, Santa and MrsSanta), so guess you'll be about right.

    I want a box full of elves with hats that are different colors.  Have plenty of the green ones at this point.  Red ones were mostly exclusive to BAM.

    Nah, that wouldn’t be odd at all. There are at least 3 phases of Elvis. One minifig for each plus maybe a small beach scene would be an incredible battle pack. And for fans of Las Vegas, it’d be a perfect set for army building.

    Elf Lodge does make some sense, I think. Some sort of log cabin or half timber, maybe?

    Elf Lodge makes a ton more sense to man than Elf Clubhouse. I'd be totally in for that if it took a lodge/cabin type feel. I'm sure the interior would be excellent as well. 

    I'm cautiously optimistic we'll have an official announcement or leak within the next two weeks.

    It looks better than expected! It could be a standard cottage if you take away the elves, so it'll certainly fit in with the normal Winter Village.

    I'm definitely liking this one! It should make a great addition to any village!

     I'm sure with the piece count it will be $100.

    Dunno about this at all. This isn't a WV anymore, but turning into Alice in Disneyland. I've got the Santa set, but that works nicely on its own, but I haven't got the Gingerbread House and probably won't get this either.
    Yes, it could probably be changed into a normal cottage, but there would be a lot of parts discarded. Also, why, given the early 20th Century vibe of the rest of the WV, is there a computer??!!
