Also, there has been old soda that has stayed carbonated for much longer, depends on how well it's sealed.

This is kind of ridiculous and I know a lot of you use ebay so I'll ask here, has anyone else bid on stuff that said it came with free shipping only to get billed for shipping after winning? This just happened for the second time and I was annoyed with the seller the first time but as I've bought from the second seller before I'm curious if this may have to do with Ebay's app getting updated.

They look like the Lego Turtles that were included in the sets. Perhaps they were promotional items when the theme debuted?

That’s not Lego - it’s a knockoff brand. It wouldn’t be labeled “Turtles” but rather TMNT or some variant- plus that skateboard has a non Lego sticker applied. Lego skateboard wheels don’t come in blue either. Also the legs are unattached ... all in all the evidence points to fake...

It probably does, but the accessories are missing which control it (there's a remote and programming CD and cable). So just "turning it on" won't do anything.

According to the one Bricklink review, the wheels get easily diry due to how intricate they are. That is no excuse for not trying to clean something though.

This thing isn't even built right, the whole front section looks upside-down (hence the rollbars sticking out like Mad Max spikes). Something tells me this was owned by a non-Lego inclined family that likely had no business owning a rather advanced (computerised) set like this. It probably never even moved under it's own power because none of them could figure out how to operate it, then they lost all the accessories.

They wouldn't need to take the listing down, just edit the price. Probably just not noticed though. Either that, or it's out of stock and they put a high price to prevent it from selling without having to cancel the item and relist when it's back in stock.
