Interestingly, the price isn't too bad based on what is available on Bricklink...especially if the cable is included...
According to the one Bricklink review, the wheels get easily diry due to how intricate they are. That is no excuse for not trying to clean something though.
This thing isn't even built right, the whole front section looks upside-down (hence the rollbars sticking out like Mad Max spikes). Something tells me this was owned by a non-Lego inclined family that likely had no business owning a rather advanced (computerised) set like this. It probably never even moved under it's own power because none of them could figure out how to operate it, then they lost all the accessories.
