2020 Creator Expert vehicles

What do you all think that the Creator Expert vehicles for 2020 should be.
I'd like to hear some opinions.

Maybe a classic Camaro to since they did the Mustang last year? Or Charger/Challenger? Would love to see a LEGO Daytona/Superbird (even if I couldnt get one).

I think whatever car it would be it would have to have a global reputation, I'm not sure Camaro and Challenger have that. Maybe a C2 (63-67) Corvette? Otherwise I'm guessing a Ferrari again. Maybe the Porsche 959 since they did the F40? Maybe a 911 (even though there is the Technic set for that one)? Maybe a tri five Chevy (55-57 Chevy bel air)?

I'd love to see a truck, either a pickup truck or a semi truck come to the Creator Expert line. I think that we're definitely due for a modern replacement to the #5571 Giant Truck. However I also think that a pickup truck, maybe like a classic Chevy would be awesome as well.
My fear though is that they seem to be putting most of these industrial type vehicles all in the Technic range instead of as system builds.

Another old Model Team set that I'd personally love to see a modern update in the Creator Expert line is #5510 the Off-Road 4x4. Replace that one with a Creator Expert Jeep Wrangler and I'd be thrilled!

I agree with the need for global appeal. I could see a pink '59 Cadillac convertible being a good option. Lego has the licensing with Jaguar and Lamborghini, so an E-type isn't out of the question IF they can execute the shape, something I think was not done well with the Aston Martin. A Countach would fit that bill well. A Ford GT-40 would be awesome but I think unlikely.

Lamborghini Countach - it's the only viable choice.

One less glamourous option that could nonetheless be fun is a classic New York City yellow taxi cab, which like the London Bus would not necessarily need to be explicitly licensed to any one vehicle manufacturer or transit company but rather could merely recreate the iconic features of a variety of different vehicles.

If they were to go the licensed route with a vehicle brand, there are no shortage of options, of course. The Speed Champions line has already earned Lego relationships with a wide number of performance vehicle brands, and there are others like Tesla that would probably be thrilled to be featured in a premium Lego set.

And if they were to engage with pop culture licensing like they did with the James Bond Aston Martin, there are plenty of options as well, even if limited to Lego's pre-existing licensed themes. Perhaps one of the most relevant options would be a larger scale Ecto-1 to tie in with the upcoming Ghostbusters movie, but other famous movie cars like the Back to the Future Delorean or the Jurassic Park Ford Explorer would be no less appealing.

Maybe a bigger version of the Ecto-1 since the new Ghostbusters movie is coming out next year I think.

off the top of my head with no real thought or reason... other than childhood favourites
    • Rolls Royce silver cloud or silver shadow
    • Lamborghini Countach (a well structured argument as outlined by @MaffyD above)
    • Ferrari Dino 246gt
    • MGB Roadster
    • Jaguar MkII

My childhood favorite would be a ca. 1989 Ferrari Testarossa in red... I know we already have the F40 which shares some similarities, but there is something about that Testarossa that's always just appealed to me.
