    The change to vouchers is the most annoying thing IMO.

    You could order w/o vouchers to secure it and then contact CS afterward. That's what I did when I had the vouchers "redeemed" after payment processing failed.

    Just ordered the app controlled Batmobile at 30% off because the powered up components are worth more than the price of the whole thing! I can always use the Lego parts for something else! I got double points and another GWP cause I bought the controller too. Of course it'll be Ramen noodles for a month or two...

    I ordered the Batmobile, but the Christmas Tree wasn’t added to my cart. Anyone else run into that?

    The site is so pathetic that it removed a batmobile in my cart, made me sign in again and now I cannot even get to the Batmobile page to try to order one. Now I can search for it, but trying to add to bag and I get an error occurred

    Well, I managed to get the Batmobile in my cart and get through Paypal by switching from Firefox (which I generally use) to a fresh Chrome install... and then I got a page doesn't exist error.  Think I'm just going to give up for now and see what happens tomorrow morning.

    It says I have 5 items in my bag, I click the icon, and then it says it's empty. I've heard the site is bad, but this is outrageously bad.

    So, I had one Batmobile in my cart and went through checkout, and I'm not sure what happened, but somehow I paid for two. So I emailed customer service and I'm hoping it doesn't get to the warehouse before then.

    FINALLY got through check out. Was worried about multiple payments, but appears only one order via my Paypal account. What a PITA.
    It does look like other items are up for sale now as well including Xtra packs and the LEGO store set

    How long did it take you?  Almost an hour ago, I had it at the processing stage (with the Lego heads animation) but it was stuck there for 10+ minutes so I closed it and tried again.  I've been trying again since then and have gotten to the point where I keep clicking Place Order and get the blue spinning circle briefly but nothing happens.

    So for anyone still struggling go ahead and remove your current cart and then re-add everything, checkout worked like a charm for me after I did that.

    A charm two hours in the making.

    Did it also get stuck in a cycle for you?  Keep clicking the Place Order button until something happened?

    Im leery of clicking on submit order button multiple times in succession, but I did it when the button went gray and came back up. I clicked on it again and then it took me to the processing order screen with the minfigure heads and it processed and I saw a charge to my paypal account.

    site seems to work fine now...if it freezes on the payment process lego heads just refresh and do it again.  good luck everyone!

    When you refresh - make sure the amount is correct in the Total column.  Sometimes mine would zero out even tho there were items in the cart.   I had to start all over from the beginning.  Many times.

    Same here, except I can't make it past the Place Order screen anymore.

    I noticed they took the Disney Train off double VIP points too.

    I just wish I could see how it worked for you guys, ha.  Hope it's not something in the backend that's glitching because I had an order that was stuck in processing earlier that I closed out.

    I would say close out of your browser and then go back into it. I know when I did that I could start to access my cart again without issues.

    I have no issues accessing the cart now, not for at least the past half hour.  I even tried another browser and no use.  I just get the quick blue circle spin when I hit the Place Order button. :(

    Try clearing out your cache and removing all the cookies.
