The 5th pic (motorcycle thing with the silver hoses) is #8355  H.O.T. Blaster Bike from the Drome racers

4th pic seems to be from #9444 with some other front wheels?

I’m almost certain this isn’t LEGO. Can anyone identify it? It’s silver, but not chrome silver.

  • KungFuKennyKungFuKenny Member Posts: 2,368
@Astrobricks I don’t believe that is Lego- there is nothing like that in Bricklink in Flat Silver, Pearl Light Gray, Pearl Very Light Gray, or Metallic Silver.  Plus there is no discernible Lego marking and the molding looks a little rough.  I would love to be wrong though because it would be an interesting piece to MOC with...

There are 80+ Minifigures. If you need some get them, seems to be a very good deal. Just make sure they are all Lego.

I have asked him and he said everything is original LEGO

The blue clone troopers only came in one set and might be valuable. Hard to tell if all the parts to both are there.

From the looks of it, be prepared for A LOT of unmixing.

I think there is more than just unmixing also replacing parts. I see Yoda's body, for example, but no head. Although for 25 Euro, that is not a bad deal. Condition dependent, of course.

he will try to find the head
  • CCCCCC Member Posts: 20,526
The guy in the dark red suit is Invizable - he is worth 4-5 Euro (used) if you can find his hat. It might even be on the figure next to him, it is hard to tell from the angle / colour.

thank you very much, when I get them I will try to identify and pair them as best as I can, is there some good website that would help me with identifying them or just post better picture of minifigure here ?
  • CCCCCC Member Posts: 20,526
I normally use http://goatleg.com/ which is an interface to search bricklink.

Is here someone that knows minifigures and would help me pair them? I have got like 100 minifigures but they are really mixed :D

I have tried goatleg but it is not really helpful

@ersi to make things a bit easier I would first separate parts and figures into different piles. Eg does it look like a City part, a star wars part or a 'fantasy part' (Ninjago/Chima etc). Modern star wars and Superheroes heads should be straightforward as they will be 'flesh' coloured (pink or shades of brown). If you post a picture of a load of heads or torsos - people on here will be happy to identify them for you, and you can then check whether you have the rest of the matching parts. That's seems the easiest way to me.
  • ersiersi Member Posts: 229
okey amazing, I will try that and I will put numbers near them and post it here, thank you for advice

    @ersi

    # 28 is NRG Jay from Ninjago #9570 which runs $8-10 on Bricklink in good condition...
    # 29 is the body of the Golden Ninja but the head looks like Hidden Side?

Lots of mixed up parts here...I'll look at some more this evening

    1. Yoda's torso and legs. sw0446 variation. The head appears to be 3626cpb0852, found in 45 different sets
    89 is Santa Claus :)

I'll do my best to work through the photos as I have time. I always enjoy the task of finding what belongs where.

As suggested above, it may make the task easier to separate the heads, torsos, and legs into individual groups and take new photos. I know that makes more work on your end, but that's sort of the deal with this thread in my opinion.

bit of a tip - if a figure has flesh coloured hands but the corresponding head is minifig yellow (or colour vice versa) then they don't match! example is number 11, which by the way I'm pretty sure is one of the Luke Skywalker torsos with the incorrect head and legs.

    Torso might be - https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb1737c01

thank you, I did know this head was incorrect but It was a bit easier to display head on torso

I will separate everything tomorrow on
    heads, torsos, legs

I've personally found that, in lots like this, it makes it far easier to reassemble once you start to figure out what belongs where when they're already apart, as opposed to trying to break stuff up post-identification.

When Ive done this, I've also placed the heads on studs from a long brick or plate. You can keep them compact that way while making it easier to find whichever one you're looking for to complete a set later on. Otherwise, you're just digging through a bin of them struggling to find that specific one.

#97 is Nexo Knights Ultimate Aaron from #70332 with Kai’s hair — looks like the correct helmet is #60 on second pic

#96 is Hawkeye from #76030 and #76042  and looks complete

Remove the cape from #100 and you have a complete Foot Clan soldier from multiple TMNT  sets like #79103

This is sort of fun-- like a virtual treasure hunt...

@KungFuKenny, I completely agree. It's partially how I get myself in trouble in buying up bulk lots. The thrill of the hunt oftentimes overshadows the reality of the sort.

Still, I think its extremely satisfying to reunite long lost pieces.

A few more (make sure you set these aside before you disassemble further! :) )

The heads from 4,6,8,47,70, and 71 are all 3626cpb0817 - Clone Trooper
    2,6,8. Torso is 973pb1810c01 - Stormtrooper
    4. Torso is 973pb2156c01 - First Order Snowtrooper
    7. Torso is 973pb1286c01 - Clone Trooper.

Someone can correct me, but I believe that means 6 and 8 are complete as is. 2 would be complete with a head from 4,47,70, or 71.

I can't be 100% sure, but they're matching helmets should be numbers 72, 84, and 105 from the accessory photo.

99 looks like the blue super battle droid from star wars #sw0056. According to Brickset, the price for him on Bricklink is £26.57. Don't know how accurate that is. I personally hate all the battle droid minifigs.

Sorry, I'll stop the double-triple post business.

    5. Head and legs are right, but needs to swap torsos with 70. The head/legs of 5 and torso of 70 are sw0613, Senate Commando Captain (helmet 71 from your accessory photo)

9 and 12 torsos and legs are sw0614 (Senate Commando) along with the swapped 70 (though 70 would be complete with the head already attached). 9 and 12 would need a head each of 3626cpb0817 to be complete (one more spare one on fig 71, there might be another in there I'm not seeing). Add helmets 56, 74, or 104 to round out the figs.

@Brainslugged sadly it is metal grey that costs only around 1 :D I have checked it now

    @Switchfoot55 wow thanks

  • CCCCCC Member Posts: 20,526
A lot of the parts are obvious, especially if you use bricklink or goatleg to help piece together the figures.

For example, take out Santa - surely he is obvious enough. Remove the beard and check what head he has. Then you will know the variant or whether you need to look for a correct head.

    Look for unusual parts.

Remove the two with boxing gloves. Bricklink will tell you that torso belongs to a single figure only. You can then pick the correct legs and head, and the headgear.

45 is Caila Phoenix from Ultra Agents. Even if you didn't know this, search for obvious features such as "pink shirt" or "black tie", or look for hair in magenta and you will soon identify what figure the parts come from.

81 is clearly a TNMT figure. If you don't know which one, type in "turtle head" and you will find what figure he comes from and you can check the other parts.

I reckon you can cut down your list by at least half by doing this yourself to leave you with the ones you really cannot find yourself. If you know bricklink colour names you can do this almost as fast as laying out the figures, photographing them and labelling the images.

So here is update, I have tried to complete as many as possible it took me hours :D but it was fun. Thank you for helping me. Some of the minifigures are missing pieces(heads/hands/legs/shoulderpads/breastplate) should I order them from bricklink or try to sell them like this?

Also can you help me with the rest please?
I have uploaded photos to imgur because it would spam whole page, is it okey like that?
I have numbered rows and columns for easier orientation

If the goal is to sell, then check the price for the parts needed to complete (including shipping) and the value of the parts you already have vs. the price of the figure you are likely to get after all fees.

Heads Column 6, bottom two are CMF - Frightening Knight and Snake Charmer. Many of the other heads are fairly standard City. The transparent green is Adam Acid. The black one with face print is from a stormtrooper / scout (SW). A couple in the same pic are not lego.

For City type cops and robbers and the arctic ones, I wouldn't bother with identifying them and finding the correct parts. They are not worth very much anyway. There are so many yellow heads these days with tiny variations that you might as well just build random figures and sell them as a job lot. There is little difference in price for random ones as there are for official figures.

Thank you very much, please can you tell which ones are not lego from that picture? I need to throw them away.

Also I forget about 4 skin colored heads, can you help me with them?
  • dmcc0dmcc0 Member Posts: 778
@ersi Still a couple of relatively easy ones there off the top off my head.

    Fleshie heads:
3rd looks like Obi-wan, but not sure which variant; don't see a matching torso
4th is a Star wars pilot of some description.  Torso possibly c12/r5, legs should be one of the orange ones and there looks to be a helmet middle right on the accessories pic (next to big Minecraft? sword) and a blaster bottom left too.

Yellow head c3/r3 is from 2014 arctic theme.  Torso is c12r4, legs 13, blue hat/hood with white fur trim round the face.

3 White/Grey striped torsos c8&c9 are generic criminals from pretty much any police set. Usually have DBG legs and Beanie cap (there are 3 in the pic - just to the left of the Star Wars helmet mentioned above).  3 sets of handcuffs in the pic probably go with these too and possibly even the tan backpacks depending on which set they've come from.  Not sure of the heads without checking, but probably mean looking with stubble!

Torso c4/r5 is from the mining city sub-theme.  Usually has a head with sweat beads, so possibly c1/r4 and a silver tin hat with stud on the front (there are a couple in the photo).  Dynamite accessory probably belongs here too.

White motorcycle is likely from a police set.  Torso c3/r3 might go with this.  Probably plain black legs and a white helmet with visor.  Head usually has silver shades; maybe c1/r7

Torsos in column 3 with yellow printing look like City Fire.  Legs would be column 2, not sure about the heads, they are usually pretty generic. There are a couple of fire helmets in there and the yellow air-tanks and breathing apparatus probably belong to these too. And the regular axes

Also might be easy to work some out from the accessories/headgear:

Dark red/Black cape looks like it's from the CMF evil wizard, but don't see any other parts for it.
Surfboards should be pretty easy to figure out, also torso c7 looks vaguely familiar as a wetsuit.
Red hood piece was in a CMF series with a little red riding hood style fig and probably not too many others.
Bow and arrow to the left of the surfboards was in the Dino Tracker CMF, but can't see any other part for it.  It's not the regular bow design, so won't be in too many other sets either.

Hopefully something to help you out here.  There are a few more I recognise, but I'll have a proper look later if I have time.
