    Meijer's weekly ad (ends Nov. 17) lists LEGO Star Wars, Duplo, and Disney sets at "Buy one, get one 40% off"--just FYI.

    Looking ahead:  Next week's circulars are online (and in the app).  The only Lego-related sale/offer is for a free Banana Man minifig set with $29.99+ Lego toy purchase.

    So, not really worth it, unless you can find an already discounted set, which given Meijer's idiosyncratic Lego pricing, good luck.
    And, my local Meijer had less than 20 Banana Man sets on display, about a week ago, so who knows if any will be in stock next week.

    I wish I could find one of the Meijer's around me having the banana suit guys on display. I'm guessing they were holding back for this promo so hopefully they will make them available on an end cap now.

    @madforLEGO the Meijer on Randall Rd. in Algonquin had about 30 on display. Just left there about an hour ago. Don't know how close that is to you.

    Good to know they are in the Chicago area now. Probably will go over to a local one on Monday night!

    In my previous post, I missed this General Merchandise mPerks promotion, which is good one day only, on CyberMonday (November 26th).

    Could be useful if you need to get a newer set that hasn't been widely discounted yet.

    Banana Guy - My local store still had plenty of these left today.  At this point, I wouldn't be surprised to see them on clearance sale come January.
    Went by the stocking stuffer aisle.  All the Lego poly sets had shelf tags mentioning the Banana Guy promo, so that promo doesn't just apply to Lego in the Toys Department.
    Also, spotted a few #30407 Harry Potter poly in a stocking stuffer bin, which I don't remember seeing earlier.  The bin was on a bottom row, separate from the other Lego poly sets.

    Still 2.99 and found out that I could go to CS and 'return' the ones I got for 5.99 and buy them back for the sale price. BUT you need to take the actual item back for them to do the price swap. Luckily I had them still in their bag with the receipt

    Banana Juice Bar Guy is back down to 50% off, through February 2nd.  My Meijer store still had plenty.
    But, more importantly, I found a case-worth of Series 18 CMFs hanging next to the Banana Guy sets (instead of Harry Potter CMFs).  Luckily, they weren't picked over...

    The army of Banana Guys holding our store hostage are back at 50%. There must be at least 80 of them. Imagine a 5 foot by 3 foot side/end cap.

    Thansk! Got a bunch of Banana suit guys already when they were 50% off before; glad they did not go lower in price or Id have to return the others to get them for cheaper.

    The Meijer in my area has random sets discounted. 
    The one that I picked up was 75952-Newt's Case of Magical Creatures for $31, regularly priced at $50.

    Lots of Lego on the clearance shelves at my local Meijer.
    #5005250 @ $1.50 each.  I thought I missed the final clearance, yet here they are.
    And, today I learned that clearance items have to be scanned one-by-one at checkout,  instead of scanning one and entering a quantity (which senior cashiers can do).
    #76112 App-Controlled Batmobile @ $50 - Eight are on the shelf.
    Also #41346 Friendship Box @ $12.50 (75% off). A decent selection of parts, and there's a light brick. Plus #41154 Cinderella's Dream Castle, a few UniKitty sets, and the Friends #41352 Big Race Day, all at 50% off.
    #75230 Porg @ 50% off

    They also had a few Jurassic World #75927 @ $13.50, plus several Overwatch sets, some of which had 50% off stickers, though some didn't have any stickers.

    In the regular aisle, they had several Hidden Side sets in stock, all at regular price, of course.

    Oh dang, I wish the banana guy was available at stores around here.  I would have bought 40-50 of them at 1.50 each I think <.<

    The local Meijer had a batch of the latest CMFs up on peg hooks, though there wasn't a full box-worth for whatever reason (probably put out last week).  I did pick up two Pizza Costume Guys, as those were easy to find via the feel method.

    And, the only clearance Lego left was one app-controlled Batmobile, still at 50% off.

    Meijer is currently doing a 30% of clearance prices, which are about 20-30%, so the total discount is about 45-50%.  I found a bunch of Jurassic World, Ninjago, Disney Princesses, Friends and Lego City sets, and there was one store that had more recent inventory such as Harry Potter, Lego City Fire Station, Avengers Tower and Ninjago Monastery of Spinjitzu even on clearance, so the extra 30% worked on these as well.  Needless to say, my wallet hurts, but this make up for the clearance fail at Wal-Mart and Target this winter!

    Seems YMMV. I hit up a few Meijer and they had lots of nice 30% clearance but there was no additional amount off sadly... would’ve been quite a number of great deals.

    True... The Meijer on the north side of Lansing had the additional 30% off, but not the south side.

    Sadly, there are no Meijer stores close enough to me to justify trying to get to them only to find out there is nothing on clearance, or nothing I would want that is on clearance.

    Had some good luck with clearance sales at the local Meijer (which is undergoing significant renovations) in the past month.
    Today, I picked up several DC CMFs @ $1.25 each (75% off), including 1941 Wonder Woman (2x), 1939 Batman, Aquaman, and Huntress.  They put out a partial box as I was shopping, so I was able to get first crack at it.
    They also had several #30369 Beach Buggy polypags @ $1.25 (75% off).
    Right after Easter, I picked up a #60234 fair/carnival people pack for $10.

    At my (central Indiana) Meijer I saw several Hidden Side, Marvel and Ninjago sets on sale, plus some permanent-looking discounts on some City and a few other odds & ends. Also I finally found #60234 People Pack Fun Fair on sale, got the last one for $30.

    A month later and my Meijer has most Hidden Side sets at 20% off again, plus some Ninjago and a couple of Disney, City and Creator sets.

    I took a strole through my local Meijer and saw that there are random sets marked clearance at 30% off.  There is no pattern to what's on sale, just a couple sets from every theme.

    Thanks for the tips - I got the light cruiser ($160), 20% off, $20 santa bucks, $15 off for my first pickup order, and $10 of rewards, knocking it down to $83!

    If you have a Meijer around you and purchase through the app these prices are nice and reduced more than the 20%!  Especially the castle!!

    Welcome! Too bad you couldn’t find them.  I thought 50 off the guardians ship and 35 off the castle were pretty good deals...

    Oh they were, which is probably why, if they were not sold out already, that they sold out fairly quickly. I just was a bit late seeing this, but was hoping for a Christmas miracle

    Not so much a discount, but the one i stopped into today already had some of the 2022 sets out. Saw City, and Star Wars. They were all over the place, and looked liked they were just thrown anywhere so the shelves didn't look like the great TP shortage of 2020.

    Local store had several of Creator #31100 Sports Car from 2020. Scanned in the aisle at .99 on clearance but wasn’t marked as such in any way.  None of the other Creator sets were discounted and I didn’t have time to check other themes. Maybe other stores have other sets clearanced, good luck!

    Lots of Vidiyo on 50% clearance at my local store. Everything from the small sets to the big ones. Was set aside on clearance shelving in a main aisle, no Vidiyo at all in the main Lego shelving area.
