    Well, I just got my #75212 Kessel Run Falcon I ordered on Prime Day. It was supposed to be in “standard packaging”, but (in a first for me) it was shipped without an outer box all the way from Kentucky 🙄. Left on my doorstep propped up so thieves could see it better. The box is in rough shape as you’d expect, but at least there aren’t any big holes in it. Has anyone had much luck doing a return to get a set in better condition, or should I just be happy I got it for half RRP?

    Contact their customer service. I have had them try 3 times to send me a decently packed Ferris Wheel. Eventually gave in on the 3rd. It only had a big crease in the box instead of holes or completely crushed corners. I think they did give me a small Amazon credit for my trouble. And of course paid shipping both ways for everything.

    Im guessing because the Ferris wheel was a price match ( I think Walmart.com had it on sale first unless I am mistaken) where the Cargo train was a planned sale item?

    I believe he used a promotion if you used their phone app and used either the VR furniture placement feature, scanner, or object identifier... though some of us could not get it to work.

    ^^At the time The Ninjago Docks was 20% off; Amazon was running a promotion where if you used their "search with camera", "view in room" etc. features, you would receive a 20% off coupon off of certain items; the Docks happened to be one of the items that you could use the coupon for. This was discussed heavily in this thread at the time of the promotion.

    It was on the .ca site. I suspect amazon matched toys r us who put all ninjago on at 20% off. It’s back to normal price now though so even if I link it won’t help.

    Before you fly off the handle, I suggest you go look at the previous posts in the thread  (Also look at the order date in the screenshot). This promo was before prime day, and people are just getting the sets now).
    People did note it at the time and @Pitfall69 was pretty darn helpful when this promo occurred at the time. I just could not get it to work for me.
    Also, knowing my previous experience with Amazon, they would not have given me the 20% had I complained

    To clear up any issues. My post wasn't to "one up" anyone. It was to show that "The Docks" had indeed been 20% before, not to show what I ultimately paid for it. I probably should have cropped that out...my bad, but then I was asked how I got the price down further (that was a seperate thing) and I was just answering his question. I'm sorry if I have offended anyone. My wit and sarcasm is well known in the forum, but I never purposely try to hurt anyone.


    @madforLEGO ; I will add that I called Amazon during the promotion because I couldn't get the code to work either and they were of no help, so I'm with you brother :)
