What new Lego Movie 2 sets should they make with SPOILERS

Okay, I am thinking a lot of us have seen the movie now. So the question is after seeing it what should they make?
-I would say a Bill and Ted set tops my list (I know it was a blink and you miss it moment, but permissions for Bill and Ted were in the credits and I want Bill and Ted).
-Spaceship Flying Kitty for sure
-Emmet's Triple Decker Couch Robot
-Bruce Willis has to be in there for sure

    They did early screenings across the US yesterday.

        I think you are getting a little ahead of the rest of us since you've seen the movie already. I personally am not interested in seeing the movie in theaters but when the dvd comes out with a bonus figure in it then I will buy it and maybe watch the movie at some later date. But go ahead and talk about spoilers, that doesn't bother me. I like mine on old 70's cars myself. Hers's a cool one.

    The Justice League ship seemed interesting.

    I didn't make the advanced screening, but I really hope these sentries show up in the next wave! At the very least, I hope they inclue the 'pudding pants' one in a set. :D



    I'm super curious to see what Emmett's 'triple decker couch robot' looks like now. I really should have tried to catch the screening. The buzz seems super positive, which is good to hear! :D

    Yeah, those guards are definitely a must for a set of either the palace or temple.

    I think we can expect to see at least some of the spaceships from towards the end in sets, especially considering how well they tie in with the "Awesomer Together" tagline that we've previously seen used to promote several of the other sets. They would probably be good candidates for a December 2019/January 2020 third wave, since they are arguably somewhat spoilery.

    I need to find a pic of Bill and Ted... I know they were in there, but wonder if they were more MOC looking than a legitimate set....I'm seeing it again next week so I'll keep an eye on that.

    • Anything from the final space battle when it comes to Spaceships!

    • More Apocalypseburg vehicles.
    • Triple Decker Couch Mech
    There's certainly more, but I need to see it again to get more ideas. Certainly some will come to me.

    I’d love to see them somehow do Queen Whatevra’s castle as a (most-likely D2C) set. 

    I wouldn’t say no to some of the houses from Harmony Town, along with a glittery Superman, Green Lantern, etc. 

    As others have said, the Triple Decker Couch is a must, as well as some of the spaceships from the end.

    They're readily available figures already released. They were in #10599, #6862 or #71209, and #41235. I don't expect them to be re-released for the movie line, much like the Master Builders in the first film who weren't original creations weren't.

    It's coming (#70838), but not as a D2C set. I think the price point was 100€? So it'll likely be a vignette rather than the entire structure. I just hope it comes with Watevera in her ceremonial form. There aren't quite enough bricks to build her included with #70825 (by design, I'm assuming).

    So on  a second viewing of the film....sticking by Bill and Ted....The figures were not just generic, but specifically Bill and Ted. My daughter also said a wedding Banarnar would be nice.

    Bill and Ted are cool - but what about the OG Time Machine (referred to as a bicycle thing) or the Hot Tub Time Machine (pretty sure 99% of kids won’t understand the reference)? The former would obviously be a nice set.

    Just saw the movie and it lived up to my expectations - there are echoes of Toy Story 3 in there but it hasn’t actually got to that point yet in the story, fortunately! Also Emmet could just do what I did and not give up Lego going into adulthood - but dark age would be more interesting as a storyline. Really funny throughout but I really want party versions of a lot of characters now!

    I would also really like some sets based on the new world created at the end of the movie - though i’m sure it won’t be long before someone mods Apocalypseburg to make it happen. The existing wave of sets actually covers the film pretty well. Interested to see what the rumoured Sparkle Spa set looks like and hope it includes Bruce Willis!

    I can get behind an HG Wells time machine, I think the terminator one is unlikely (as the reference was less direct than Bill and Ted....which I really am betting gets made. Also Megablocks has rights on terminator). I did not catch the hot tub reference the first time I saw it. As far as the spaceship scene: Wyldstyle and Mayhem's ship, Metal Beard and IceCream Cone's ship, Flying Ultra Katty, Benny and Balthezar's ship, Batman and Whatevra's ship (with two forms).

    I want a Metalbeard in his musical form, with the shiny parts and such.  Same with the other characters, I'd like them all in their Systar system outfits or whatever they'd be called.

    Very unlikely, President business in golf apparel is in the CMFs though, maybe we'll get a city golf cart or something now that golf clubs parts exist

    Are there any sets w/ Benny "brainwashed" with the sunglasses or UniKitty with the sunglasses?

    EDIT:  Wait...just found the set w/ Unikitty and glasses in the party bus set.

    I noticed in a scene where Finn is going through the box of Legos, there's a white roller coaster track piece.  So perhaps there could be a set for the movie utilizing those tracks.

    Is there a minifig of Lucy with her blue washed hair available anywhere? I was hoping in the minifig series, but sadly no.

    Similarly, is there a 2x2 tile with the "Everything is Awesome" album art on it?

    Sidenote: I want to print that album art out, frame it, and stick it on my wall. It is amazing.

    Sidenote #2: Ending the film on Emmets shocked expression is a stroke of genius.

    As the above poster mentioned, her hair is available in the flashback CMF, which is interesting since you don't actually see her looking like that in the movie, unless it was a cut scene or something.  Also, I believe the "Everything is Awesome" album is available in the Welcome to Apocalypseburg set.  Someone that has it may want to verify, but I thought I remembered the Brickset review mentioning it.

    Yes the Album is in the set....looks a little different though.....Lucy with Blue hair is out there, but not blue hair with goggles which is in the last scene.

    When that was revealed I was expecting some sort of twist where Lucy was actually the one who wrote Everything is Awesome and that is why she knows it and hates me. Her and those other pop girls were the band behind it

    But I guess not. Would've been cool imo

    Thanks, but that's not the one I'm looking for. :) it's the white 2x2 tile of the vinyl that Lucy gives Emmet in the last 10 seconds of the movie, with the picture of the band and her the lead singer.

    I don't follow...isn't that the actual twist? At the end, Lucy gives Emmet the vinyl of "Everything is Awesome", which has a picture of the band on it, and she's the lead singer? Then Emmet goes "whaaaaaaaaatttttt" and boom, cut to credits? Explaining why she both knows it and hates it?

    Yeah, that's what I thought when I read his comment too! Maybe there are two endings to the movie out there ;-)
