    It wasn't as bad as the trans-red...one of those went for $400 recently on BL.  Craziness

    ^^^ Hmm. I never noticed the difference in the headlight and rear fender studs before. Maybe now you can collect all the colors of each mold ;)

    BrickLink doesn’t show trans black as a known color. It shows 13 colors.

    BrickLink doesn’t show trans black as a known color. It shows 13 colors.
    Yup, not a chance I'm getting that, even if it does exist! Similar to the bicycles, I'm only collecting normally-available parts, not test parts.

    There was one seller when I first added all the colours available to one of my want lists (apparently there was at one time several sellers with it). From what I could dig up, not in any sets, small batches turned up on a couple of PAB walls in Germany, possibly also in Denmark, it's rare, but not test parts rare...

    Pretty much, that's why it's still on my want list. I'm hoping TLG will at some point release a set or two with them in that colour, but for now, I'll be happy with having them in every other standard translucent colour. :)

    I really like this element. Recolours in Dark Red, Tan and Blue would definitely get my vote.

    Can agree with all of those & add; Copper, dark blue, dark bluish grey, dark green, pearl dark grey, red, reddish brown, sand green & white (particularly white as it's one part I need for my Solo Story Special Edition MF microfighter). I'd mention translucent colours, but I'd want them available in all of them...

    Is the darker blue one med or dark azure? And where does it come from? Also I don't realize there were two versions of silver.

    Medium Azure with the Cat in the Birthday Celebrations CMF series18

    Pearl Light Grey and Flat Silver using BL colours or Titanium Metallic and Silver Metallic using LEGO colours

    I meant 5 left to complete that are currently completeable! (BL names)

    Brown
    Flesh
    Old Light Grey
    Magenta
    Medium Azure

    Then there's the current colours which aren't currently completeable:

    Bright Light Yellow
    Coral
    Dark Turquoise
    Lavender
    Yellowish Green
    Flat Silver
    Pearl Dark Gray

    As well as the Glow in the dark colour and all the Transparent colours, but I doubt they'll ever happen.

    @Paperballpark Those mono-figs are awesome! Almost there. :-)

    I've recently been semi-collecting plant parts and other rock / jewel parts, but I don't think I'm ever going to get close to completing any of those "sets".

    I'll post a pic or two at some point though, partly to see for myself how well / badly I'm doing.

    I finally managed to head over to the Stratford Lego Store and picked up #70841 Benny's Space Squad, so I think a quick get-together of a selection of Classic Space figs might also be in order.

    I think I've got all the colours, before they went over-complicated in 1987:

    White (Classic & versions from #5002812 & #70841)
    Red (Classic)
    Yellow (Classic & version from #70841)
    Blue (Classic & Benny)
    Black (Classic)
    Green (From #21109)
    Pink (From #70841)

    I've just ordered all the parts needed to complete my 5 remaining minifigs.

    I might have ordered quite a few more parts as well. @DeMontes do you find you get an urge to collect all minifig parts, even those which are in retired colours and you know that you'll never be able to complete them?

    My end goal for monochrome minifigures looks something like this:

    Along with extra minifigures in selected colours, will be interesting to see how close I end up getting.

    On that note, added eight pearl gold monochromes to my collection today thanks to a B&P order (still needed some torsos & a few extra heads), love that the new City Fire sets included a pearl gold monochrome as a statue.
