I really under estimated how many 4000 odd pieces really were!
Also, it’s nice how they’ve split it into a lot more discrete steps than a modular. Makes it easier to sit down for 30 minutes to enjoy some building, rather than tying up the dining table for hours on end.
Anybody know what I happened to be watching at the time of the photo? :-)
Also, you can see my wife tends to go a wee bit overboard in the decorating!
"For YOUR little arsonist to be!"
... Where did the dragon go?! ...
But Unikitty! What big whiskers you have!

So random. My mind is blown. (I can sonewhat understand the Candide in that mix, but an Arthur Miller masterpiece... wow.)
Absolutely love Pratchett!
One extra stud length, and a couple extra out the back, and San Francisco has Starfleet HQ just like it should. I took a 2x2 off the bottom of that end of the skyline, so it plugs in securely, and added in a 1x1 tile in the middle of the front edge so it covers the extra width at the end.
Based on a combination of the approach shot in Star Trek TMP and the limits of which pieces I could find without getting exasperated. The extra tall dark green slopes were donated off the back of Weathertop, but they faced the wall anyway so I just replaced them with some grey parts and you'd never know. That segmented slope is a bit off-model - that part of the building's more circular, and flat - but with so little room to move it was the best I could think of to get in the overhang on the bridge road.
There's not a lot of room in the bay, what with Alcatraz taking up most of it, but I'd like to add in a half-submerged Bird of Prey - it'd be really tiny though, not sure I can even think of a design that'd look anything like it at that scale.
