    @madforLEGO Awesome! I should have taken pictures of the other items that were sold out, the HP Great Hall at $74, the Friends Friendship House at $40 and the red Ninjago dragon was also $40. My family's not really into Star Wars anymore so I tend not to check those sets.

    Meanwhile I've just remembered the existence of Brickseek, excuse me for a but ........

    I went to one WM and the aisle was pretty picked clean. I did find one #31082 Skate House for $17, so I bought it for parts.

    Found #30404 Friendship Flower and #30382 Velociraptor Playpen for $1 each at Walmart. Also found #31085 Mobile Stunt Show for $30.

    I hit the closest Wal-Mart and nothing was marked down at all. Aisle was pretty fully stocked as well.

    Some aisles are still being marked down. And some rural stores are just now putting #75172 Y-Wing on clearance for $35.

    Picked up a few Jurassic World sets #75933 and #75929 and Harry Potter's the Great Hall #75954 this morning at a local Walmart. The T-Rex Transport was $40, the Carnotaurus was $49, and the Great Hall was $74. I just can't get enough of these dinosaur sets... here's hoping there's value in the long-run. At this Walmart they had moved the clearance LEGO to a separate aisle away from the usual LEGO aisle.

    Walmart, Mountain View, Calif. Brickheadz Storm Trooper or Darth Vader are $5. Lot's left on the shelf. 

    Other deals I passed on, One Star Wars Advent #75213, $25. Two Creative boxes #10704 for $15 each.

    Just hit up a Walmart where pretty much none of the clearance was marked either on the shelves or with stickers on the product, which explains why they still have such a full Lego aisle.

    If anyone is looking for #41619 Darth Vader, the Inver Grove Heights Walmart had about a dozen or more at $7.97 today.

    ^that's my hope. I only want the spaceships, and hover pickup. But I'm not playing full price for them. Maybe when they gwt to 30-40% off.

    Found a #10260 Downtown Diner for $109. I was surprised to find one in store (it’s always worth to look in the top shelf), and after scanning it, the app did not find the item, nor a price. I decided to take it to customer service where after a couple tries they came up with $109 as the final price. Didn’t hesitate, and took it with me.

    Found a VW beetle set at a Walmart, but it scanned at 99.99 :-(

    Found a #10246 DO on top shelf Saturday.  Scan showed MSRP of $169.  Perhaps ok considering it's retired (retiring) / out of stock.  Already have though.  Had I found DD for $109...  Buy now ask wife for forgiveness later.

    Ran in to get TLM2 polys (#30527 & #30528, brickseek showed quantity for those but none for sets) and found #70822 Unikitty’s Sweetest Friends for $9.89 and #70827 Ultrakitty for $24. Happy way to end the year!

    Walmart usually sucks at marking clearance. This is a good thing though as most shoppers overlook it. Use the app to see deals specific to your location and to scan items in store.

    I found #41323 Snow Resort Chalet a couple of weeks ago for $7. Whenever I find something I know is "old" or doesn't seem to have a space on the shelf, I scan it. Sometimes I find a deal!

    All the deals I’ve found are through the walmart app.  I usually make a list of what I’m watching in app, then when on the item page choose options under free pickup, you can see surrounding stores and their prices too.

    all my finds have been marked down but not labeled on shelf.

    From my experience, once a set hits 50% off, it's more likely to sell out than to be discounted more. Especially if the set is a desirable one.

    I was surprised to see a lonely #10704 Creative Box left over from Black Friday. It scanned for $9.00 so I took it.
    I also got #70827 Ultrakatty for Walmart's regular 20% off ($24.00) because I wanted it and I think that's not a bad price for 348 pieces.

    I did have a store that showed two Stephanie's Houses for $30 and, after seeing nothing, realized they were on top of the shelves. And the same store said they had none of the First Order Destroyer, but there was one in a random spot among City sets. Scanned it: $40. Unfortunately, however, you are mostly right, but hope springs eternal.

    ^ In most cases for me....I've noticed it's the same stores that always have a miscount...one guy told me the count is off by two on more expensive sets from the beginning when they arrive
    I ran to my nearest WM because it said they had 7 Friends Hospitals for $49...when I got there, the toy manager looked it up on her phone and said she'd never seen the set and didn't think they ever had it but the store count still says they have 7 somewhere

    There were plenty of deals in Chicago. There are also lots of resellers there that Hunt them. I've seen photos from Chicago stores.
