    So promo is now live and not adding to my cart. I'm signed in, and have a Black card section on my VIP account. Guess a call to customer service in the morning is in order.

    Try two things:
    deleting cookies
    standing outside in the rain

    The delay might be because you’re sat at home in the warm waiting for it to come online - you’ll need to get in line outside and queue for hours in the cold to receive your unique code.

    one thing that would be nice to say about this, is, exactly what the offer is... Do we have to buy something? what's the price point? is it going to be Web only?... (Would be nice if it was B&M as well)... how long will the offer be? etc. Assuming it is live tomorrow i would have though an email really should have gone out by now, if only to allow people to plan what to buy and so on...
    I thought CS told people we'd be getting emails today?

    I don't expect I'll get an email, I usually don't, but at least knowing people are getting them will enable me to call CS and ask.

    No email for me yet either but I haven’t received any for the black card in the past either. Hoping Lego CS aren’t on a training day as they were yesterday otherwise this will be a pain. 

    Wondering wether the double VIP points and any other offers will be valid with the black card offer, terms say they won’t but fingers crossed.

    I usually get emails for promos afternoon / late afternoon the day promo has started. 
    So currently nothing yet but it's 9 am so still some time to go.

    Just been on the phone with support.
    The mails with the codes are running late.
    Since I had already done my order, because I didn't know about the codes being sent by mail, they just added the holder to the order.

    OK. I got the code, and I was even able to get it working! There's practically no Star Wars sets on [email protected] that I would normally consider buying at full price, so I got a small set (75195) and padded my order with some Overwatch sets to qualify for free shipping.

    I personally think they've missed the whole point with this 'gift'. Why are we getting something to celebrate owning a black VIP card? The thing to be celebrated is the Falcon, so surely a small vignette or exclusive Minifigure related specifically to the Falcon would have been better.

    If I'd not bought the Falcon at launch I'd have missed out on a black bit of plastic plus a holder for that bit of plastic. I think I could have done without both...

    Did the Card Holder thingy add to your basket visibly for those that placed an order? It says 'promo code applied' on mine but I am hesitant to hit submit order with it not showing up.

    The image did not come up when i added mine but the order did add the Lego ID and value of £0 to the order so i think it added fine.

    Ok I went for it. Hope you guys are right! It would be expected at this point for the GWP to fail to show up as one last kick in the nethers.

    Not being added to my cart either. US Store. The promo code is being applied, but it isn’t adding the item to the cart. Frustrating. I’m on an iPhone, for whatever it’s worth.

    @Bumblepants, mine only displayed the number and free before paying but showed up properly on the order confirmation.


    Just waiting for the "remember not to do this again" tile to be released then my display will be complete. ;)

    I’m nervous to submit my order with the promo code applied and the item not showing up. Wondering if they’d be able to make it right if the code expired and the item isn’t included in my order. Screw it. Here goes nothing...

    The order review page doesn’t show the item either.  And my promo can only be used once and can’t  be added again.

    I thought I'd discovered another glitch as my receipt had £5 taken off for 'Promotion'. I assume this was the £5 PayPal promo from a while back. Could have sworn I'd already used that though.

    Ended up getting the Solo movie stormtrooper battlepack #75207 as it's reduced slightly anyway.

    So it looks like a couple of people in the USA might of gotten there code. Still haven't received mine, but with the problems I had just getting my card it's not surprising. Guess I'll have to call CS.

    Yes, I'm in the US and received my code. Eastern time zone, for whatever that's worth (likely nothing). Don't feel too shorted- it doesn't seem the promo is working here anyway.  My submitted order with the promo code used up my code, and the product wasn't added.  So strange.

    As for the actual freebie, I assume there will be just one printed part, and that's the torso. It would be a really nice surprise if the 1x2 tile was printed with a black VIP card, but I reckon there's only a 10% chance of that.

    I know some people were talking about whether there is a large print inside the frame, but it's pretty clearly just meant to hold your existing card as you can see the 1x4 bricks with grooves at the top (and presumably bottom).

    5% chance it comes with another black VIP card specifically to go in the frame?

    Probably 0% chance on either thought...haha. For historical documentation purposes, I've moved from 22 to 18 in the CS chat line in 10ish minutes of waiting.... I have to go to work soon, so perhaps the plot will thicken soon!

    Honestly, my thought was to help anyone else in the US reading this thread.  Hopefully it prevented someone else from making the same mistake.  They'll make it right, I have no doubt.

    Oh, and if they don't, I'll still spend entirely too much money on their product next year....and I'll live.  Haha

    I placed an order; the card holder didn’t initially show up, so I refreshed the order page and then it did show up perfectly in the list of ordered items. No problems after that; and it shows up in the e-mail confirmation of my order as well.

    I ordered Brick headz, the card holder number showed up but not a picture, website so slow and poor though I ended up with 2x brick headz and my £15 points were not redeemed! 
    Did get a Christmas carousel so think if they take of one brick headz wont get that!

    Do we get double points on all orders automatically?

    LoL, they tell me it is too early for the promo to be active in Texas. Well then maybe don't send the email saying it is? They should know the internet never sleeps.

    They are sending it separately. So if you ordered and didn't get it attached be sure and chat with CS as you aren't going to get it otherwise.
