    This mail is in regard to my cancelled order #xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx.

    I do not agree with you "le prix de l'article Lego City 60200 Capitale (ASIN : B07BLGD9YV) tait manifestement erron, as it is very common for Amazon to have significantly lower prices than recommend retail, and therefore I expect you to deliver the ordered Lego-set for the price listed at the moment I ordered. This price was in no way unrealistic, and therefore not a legally valid reason for Amazon to cancel the order one-sided.

    Exactly how I responded; I do not regard this rebate on the RRP to be a strong deviation of how they reduced prices before.

    Well, it was far from utiles, so I responded that the did not address my arguments. Let's see how they respond this time.

    Actually, I am wondering how and why they refer to my right to cancel/alter the order until it is ready for sending... Probably a standard mail they send. I'll keep everyone updated.

    ^ it is a strange situation. When they've done it before it was usually at the end of it's lifetime so obviously, if it doesn't come in stock they can't sell it to you. But this is different. Also, it's not like thye sold it for 8 euro. and even then... Although I'm not sure what the legal standpoint is either, I think Bart Smit one time had a similar thing and then all the orders got deleted too. I find it a bit fishy it's not even in 'cancelled' orders, no trace whatsoever of when I tried to buy it (as they say in the email).

    I applaud you for trying to try and see what they say but I'm afraid it will lead to nought.

    Yeah it's quite likely nothing will come of it but legally they are obliged to deliver this, as you said it's not 8.5€ - 85 is a price to be expected compared to other discounts Amazon is doing. Hell, they sold the Porsche for 239€ a month after it launched or so (at 329€).

    I believe they just send it in the Lego box with an address label on it so not for anything where the box is important. I just want it for a winter village MOC so don't care about the box.

    Reduced packaging was the normal lego box, in a cardboard box packed with paper. Better than some normal packaging I've had from amazon
