  This isn't actually 'missing' as such. The Brickset database at present only goes back to 1966, this set was released before then. It's a great set and one I played with as a kid, that was passed down to me from an older member of the family.

  Sorry I'm late to the party...
  
  My upcoming Unofficial LEGO Sets/Parts Collectors Guide (1949-90s)... give the UK 810 Town Plan set in 3 flavors... in Chapter 3 - LEGO Town Plan Boards & Sets.
  
  1) 1962-64 with Bedford Trucks and flat bottom trees/bushes (Esso small tanker and accessories).
  2) 1964-66 with Mercedes Trucks and hollow bottom trees/bushes (Esso long tanker truck and accessories).
  3) 1966-67 with Mercedes Trucks and hollow bottom trees (Shell long tanker & accessories).
  
  And then there is the outer #810 box and Town Plan board. These were made for British LEGO Ltd. by Waddington's, a British game board maker. From 1962-64 the box and Town Paln board had "LEGO System" with System in yellow script (4th image). Then by 1965 the word "System" disappeared from both the box and board (5th image).
  
  The chapter in my collectors guide (still available for next weeks release date) on Town Plan sets contains 33 pages, and 61 Town Plan related images.
