I got my personal code by mail. It might be only for Xtra card holders..
  • sid3windrsid3windr Member Posts: 1,460
It is, but not for all it seems. GF's Xtra got one, mine (only a few weeks old - only orderd #60197 on it - didn't want to 'give away' my purchases in her mailbox :D) didn't.

Still haven't received my 2 X-wings from last promotion at Kruidvat...contacted them today for statusupdate. Not quite how I thought this order would be handled...
  • snowhitiesnowhitie Member Posts: 3,078
Sorry to hear that Covi. I got both of mine (one for me and another one for a Bricksetter so can't give you one). Hope it gets sorted!
  • sid3windrsid3windr Member Posts: 1,460
I only ordered one (plus a Friends thingy) and it was delivered the (Satur)day after ... :o Fingers crossed!

Keep your eyes open for Dreamland promo's! Around this time of the year, they usually do a 20% discount and in november they normally start with the sticker promo, that you can gather stickers with every 10 euro spent! 12 stickers gives you a 5 euro discount. (So it's less than VIP points, but when it's combined with the 20% discount, it can save you a lot of money!)
  • wardmwardm Member Posts: 889
Dreamland promo's: -15% on LEGO technic, 20€ discount on Heartlake Hospital and 15€ discount on City Fire Station
  • wardmwardm Member Posts: 889
And the Downtown Diner is being sold for 149€

Dreamland update: 24/10 - 1/11 there’s a 15% discount on orders above 50€! So good deals for sets that are already sold below LEGO’s standard retail price

Just to be on the safe side I put my wanted sets in my virtual basket today and took a screenshot of the prices. It's true that Dreamland has a lot of nice promotions, but I wouldn't put it past them to change the pricing on some sets in two days.
  • snowhitiesnowhitie Member Posts: 3,078
@Humdrum I think Dreamland has to honour the prices in their brochure but not the prices that are current on the site since it's not a 'sale' as such, just 15% on prices that are there.

Seeing as they do price matching too, some sets might indeed go up in the next days, but similarly, one day to the next they might lower the price for a day or so to follow a competitor.

Fun has 20% off on Wednesday for their anniversary, so their might be some overlap because of that.

I'll definilty give a shout out if I see a good enough deal, they are there but sometimes difficult to find.

I've got nothing against Dreamland/Colruyt btw, it's just that they're inconsistent with their pricing and sometimes even use fake discounts. On the one hand they have excellent discounts, like the Spiderman bridge battle set for €50 a few months ago.
On the other hand they also have sets with a discount, on a raised base price (higher than Lego's RRP). That's why I'm a bit cautious with their promotions.

  • sid3windrsid3windr Member Posts: 1,460
What I dislike mostly at Dreamland is their red labels for a 4 cent discount ;-)

    20% reduction with Fun, now!
  • wardmwardm Member Posts: 889
Ninjago City Docks is priced at 198€ atm. So if this price will be the same during the promo, you’ll get a great deal! Too bad I already own this one...
  • CoviCovi Member Posts: 340
Still nothing from Kruidvat. Even haven’t got any reaction to my question concerning a statusupdate. What a crappy customer service.... last time I ever order something there... it has been a month almost now

    Sorry to hear that @Covi
15% off on dreamland on some of the good 20% off on fun prices gives e.g. Great Hall for 68 euro, now do I need another one? ;)

@wardm: check amazon.de or amazon.co.uk for the ninjago city docks. Even better deal there atm.

Carrefour have some offers on Duplo/Lego right now:

    https://secure.viewer.zmags.com/publication/b15fe339#/b15fe339/22

Claim they'll refund 5x the difference if you find any of them cheaper elsewhere. Haven't read the terms yet but probably excludes online?
  • sid3windrsid3windr Member Posts: 1,460
Probably needs to be a Belgian store; I tried getting the 5x on them 2 years ago but they actually do track the other stores and adjust their in-store prices (so they differed from the ones in the printed catalogue)

TRU NL has HP bricktober figs in stock again at the moment (9,99 € +shipping). Search on internal TRU code 106681291 to find them. TRU DE has them too but for 5€ more (and TRU DE shipping to the low countries is more expensive).

This year's Ninjago figs are in stock too (Albeit at the 14,99 € asking price again); Last years TLBM figs were also briefly available earlier tonight but were showing as out of stock again after a few minutes. No sign of Marvell/JW bricktober figs.

Dreamland has their usual sticker promotion available! I’m sad there’s no overlap between the discount and the coupons, which used to be a thing..

Creating a situation very similar to what happened with #40176 Scarif Trooper, #40300 "Muddy Solo" can be now had as GWP at local retailers: available at both Bol.com and Brickshop.nl

Collishop/dreamland has a 10% discount on all toys today and tomorrow for singles day.
If combined with products being sold below RRP and with the points you can gather, this might be interesting for some..

    @snowhitie
Total major bummer I missed out on that deal. That set just looks fantastic!

    ---
Anyway! This week 15% discount on all Lego at Intertoys.
I know right, you're like: 'wuuuut only 15%, that is laughable! I can find a better deal any day of the week all year round', but hold-up 15% on a set such as UC Millennium Falcon  #75192 (normally €850 currently €721,65) or one of the 'exclusive S@H' modulars creator expert sets that are available now, might be just that set on your wish-list you won't often find at a discount period, so those are the good special offers you might want to check out!
    Oooh ps.
You won't find everything online, but if you visit a shop such as the huge one in in the centre of Amsterdam (at Damrak) or any of the other big ones elsewhere in other cities and towns the Netherlands you might be able to score those really big 'exclusive' sets such as: #10256 Taj Mahal etc.

@TheBigLegoski if I see a deal on it again, I'll give you a shoutout.

    Thanks, that is very kind.

I just went to Makro, and was able to score that Harry Potter set for €63,53 (incl. VAT/BTW)
I was tempted to get two, but somehow managed to restrain myself. As a huge castle fan this set is just totally awesome.

    --------

This weekend every second toy at Makro half price, which means 25% discount on the total amount of toys regardless of which particular toy costs what, and that includes all Lego sets they have in stock.

Better hurry, because it started today, and when I entered the store in Amsterdam tonight many many Lego sets were already gone. Hardly any SW, no Elves, but plenty of city, friends, ninjago and duplo.

Star Wars Resistance Bomber now for €42 at Fun.be
  • alldarkeralldarker Member Posts: 224
Lots of so called Black Friday Deals on fun.be, but most are to good to be true: not in stock.
  • alldarkeralldarker Member Posts: 224
OK... That was like pulling teeth. I think I managed to nab a First Order Star Destroyer for just €52,50 and a (still overpriced) First Order AT-ST for €22,75. The site is getting hammered HARD: it went down several times, and when it was working, I kept getting an out of stock message for the First Order Star Destroyer, until it suddenly magically seemed to have appeared in my shopping basket.
Checking my fun.be account now, it's showing both products in my orders, with a requested delivery on Friday. I'll be slightly surprised if anything shows up though.
  • HenkdeVriesHenkdeVries Member Posts: 107
I'm on fun.be as well, having 3 sets in my basket, but the site keeps on crashing when I want to proceed to checkout. I'll keep on trying....
  • alldarkeralldarker Member Posts: 224
Hope it worked out for you. I was just able to make another order for the 'Defence of Crait' set and the 'Royal Talon Fighter Attack' from Black Panther. Great pricing for sets I probably wouldn't have bought at higher prices. If they aren't able to deliver, I'll be slightly pissed, but if so, there's nothing there I'll regret not getting.
  • HenkdeVriesHenkdeVries Member Posts: 107
Ok now it says the First Order Star Destroyer is no longer available while it is in my basket. since I wanted that one the most, and the two other SW sets were good to have for that price, I am leaving the website, what a joke!
