    I stopped at another Walmart at lunch. Most of the clearance items scanned cheaper than the tag, but not all.  Picked up a couple more like #75533 that I've been waiting for, for $13 and #75176 for $13.  Wasn't planning on getting that one, but pretty good price so why not.  This store did have 2 #70923 @ $35 as well.  Thought about buying and selling later, but I gotta close the wallet somewhere.

    Got 2 Egghead Mechs for $13, the Ninjago Jelly Sub for $13, Mulan for $7 and Emily Jones Eagle for $7. Not too shabby. Most of it will be for my kids but Arkham just got a few new inmates.

    Another round today. Stopped at 4 Walmarts and got: 
    #70643 Temple of Resurrection $30
    2x #70608 Master Falls $13
    #41338 Stephanie’s Sports Arena $19
    #75193 MF Microfighter $7
    #41608 Han Solo $5

    All the stores around here seem very consistent as to what’s on clearance and what price, but stock varies a lot. Two stores had a lot (3 if I count yesterday), and the other two hardly anything.

    Found a bunch of dimension starter packs for $6 each. Was also able to snag #75090 @ $5 and #70610 @ $13. When I was checking out the lady ringing me up said that someone grabbed over $200 in clearance a couple days ago. I can just imagine all of the deals that could've been...

    Ran into my hometown WM Aug. 2nd and ran into a manager(this was around midnight) and he said all the Lego/toys were out in clearance.  But there was none.  Went back today and found 2 more #75190 Star Destroyers for $79, a few City Fire Stations and City Mining Expert Site for $49.  Apparently they were in carts in the closed off spring area.  I pass on all LEGO RRP $50 and under....unless it's 70% of more off.  I just can't buy that much.

    #75953 Whomping Willow is $69.99 online but it appears that the in-store price for this across all of the Walmarts near me is $59.68.

    Picked up #31081Modular Skate House for $17 and #41323 Snow Resort Chalet for $3 on Saturday. Left a bunch of $9 landspeeders and most of the sets mentioned above by @Astrobricks, hoping they will drop a bit further.

    Are you sure #41323 wasn’t $13? I would have definitely picked it up for $3!
    I’m saving my receipts in case they drop further. I already found #76086 for $5 less at Target.

    ^Yep, $3. Had a $25 clearance sticker on it, but came up for $3 on the app and the in-store scanners. I've come across several very good deals at Walmart where the shelf tag does not match the price scanned at the register.

    That’s great. I scan everything I think might be on clearance no matter what the shelf tag says. And sometimes the app shows a higher in-store price than the store scanners (if you can find one) and the registers.

    Found a few good deals today, and some that weren’t quite good enough, but didn’t buy anything (in fact I returned one that I found cheaper later). Most of the WMs around here have reset the LEGO aisle, but not all have the full complement of new sets out yet. Clearance LEGO seems to be in the clearance aisles.

    One of my local WM is going thru a remodel....so all their clearance toys received an additional discount.  It's fun buying...until I get home and have to decide what I'm doing with all this.   I passed on Krennics Shuttle for $100 and the City Police Mountain Headquarters for $50.

    I'm surprised about the tiger widow island as well, but even more so by the big discounts on the most recent city stuff! All my walmarts still have most of last year's waves available.

    I picked up #41145 Ariel and the Magic Spell for $5 and 2 #10715 Bricks on a Roll for $15 each last night. Left a few Microfighters.

    Store wifi wasn't working so I couldn't download the app onto my new phone let alone use it.

    I see WM have lowered their initial prices for Brickheadz to $7.87 at stores.

    Finally was able to snag a couple of deals on my recent vacation. 

    Picked up #31080 Modular Winter Vacation for $17 and #75173 Luke's Landspeeder for $7. 

    The shelves showed signs of many of the discounts recently mentioned, but were ransacked. As I was mainly after the Winter Vacation set, I was pleased they still had one. There were a few of the Friends Winter sets I had hoped would be there too, but no luck. 

    I'll happily take the two sets I found at the prices they were. I'll just need to be more on the ball next reset!

    Lucked out and found 1 last #75190 First Order Star Destroyer for $40! 
    Also got #41327 Mia's Bedroom for $5, #41334 Andrea's Park Performance for $5, and #70910 Scarecrow Special Delivery for $9. But those don't compare to the Star Wars deal.
    This is why I love Walmart, folks. Disorganized shelves and a confusing markdowns system yield wonderful finds to those willing to scour shelves.

    Spent about a half hour today scouring for something brickseek said a store had 8 of....I like the surprise finds to be sure, but geez, the disorganization can be infuriating if you are actually looking for something specific.  But I suppose that's a small price to pay for 70+% off deals you eventually find.

    Sorry man, that is maddening. It used to be that I knew if Brickseek said 4 or more I'd expect some in stock, but more and more I'm seeing an increased number on Brickseek with nothing on shelves.
    I was using Brickseek last night, and it said limited stock when I went so I was keeping expectations low. But I knew I'd be kicking myself if I didn't at least check. It's the 10%-20% of times that a great find is actually in stock that makes all the other tikes worth it.

    Yeah the set I was looking for said 8, I thought that was a safe number to at least find one or two...but alas.  But I did find 5 of another set that was clearance and brickseek said out of stock at the store I was in lol.  It's a crap shoot.  But that feeling of finding the occasional super deal keeps me coming back.

    One Walmart close to me shows 6 of #75190 for $40 on Brickseek. I'm gonna go over there after work, hopefully they'll have at least one out of those six.

    @Pyrobug good luck man! Check behind sets, check other toy aisles... They're often scattered or on a separate clearance shelf.

    I've found that if an aisle location isn't noted in the Wal-mart app for the sale item, your luck in finding it is pretty thin.  Almost like a lost inventory item.

    @elspankdog I've noticed that as well. #75190 does show with "limited stock" in the app at that store. That's why I thought I might have a chance but I forgot to pay attention to an aisle number.
    I did find a #41597 Go Brick Me set for $15 at another store and a second #70920 Egghead Mech Food Fight, also at $15. So at least it wasn't a total bust. I've been waiting for a couple of months for Go Brick Me to go under $20.

    I went to Shakopee, where BrickSeek said they might have two #75190 st $40, but no dice. I did find a #75537 Darth Maul for $7 though :)

    #10715 is showing up in stock again on Brickseek at $25 in CT, which is rather odd because they all got cleared out back in June. Some stores that are not restocked yet still show prices as low as $5.

    I picked up a couple of Lego Star Wars sets from Walmart on Wednesday and the most interesting deal I found was the 75206 Jedi and Clone Troopers Battle Pack for $7 a pop, which is more than half off of retail price. I had already picked one up back in June, but I couldn't pass on this deal so I picked up two more, mostly so I can have some more plain Phase 1 Clone Troopers.
