Yup. I find it annoyingly frustrating with a series like HP they are then playing the nonsense of both a chase figure and  lower numbers. Luna is hugely popular at our house, so that is an especially large disappointment if that is the case. Having said that we have never had issues finding what we need. For a chase figure better to go with FB character than the ones kids really will want which are the HP ones. Hopefully they make plenty.

I'm kinda bummed about Graves being a 1 in 60, really love the look of the figure and the exclusive printed hairpiece, so guess I'll be at Target day 1 hoping they haven't put the box out yet.

    Hello Brickset Members!

Here is our Harry Potter Collectible Minifigures Series pre-order:

    $219 / Box

We are not yet offering the set as the distributions have not been confirmed. I will repost when I am able to give more information on this.

Free domestic shipping within the US. $25 / box for international shipments.

Please DM with PayPal email address for invoice. I will try to get as much as I can of this series, but I anticipate it being pretty popular, so no guarantees on how long it will last. It is getting harder and harder to get a good supply.

Alright, that's all! Shipping sometime in the first couple weeks of August.

Interest in two boxes.  DM sent.

It's really a disguised meme competition - which is the worst!  Not only will there be Forum participation, both bad, clever and funny posts, but there will be incessant re-posting of the same photo/image redundantly!

@Pitfall69 - I concur!  Blasphemy!  Heresy of the highest order!  I object! I object!

"I use this device to feel HP CMF packets for Graves.  He's just as rare as the Policeman!"

If you are looking for the new Harry Potter sets at a discount (other than Hogwarts Express), Google Express has a 25% off code (Extra25) going on right now that can be used at many places, including the Target store on there.

I also just now noticed they're using new slope pieces for dresses/robes. At least I think it's new. What a revolutionary cmf line.

    I'm not a fan of Harry's feet:

Dual molding that part like Dobby's legs would have given him better bare feet.

I'm OK with the distribution. The characters I wanted for parts are now 3x rather than 2x so should be easier and cheaper to get hold of. And not all kids will be after complete sets, so better that the more popular characters are higher frequency.

Any word yet on if any figures are going to get the police officer treatment?
Promobricks is reporting it as 3x16 HP + 2x6 FB.

Is the distribution real? I know someone on Euro bricks spotted that 16+16+16+6+6 = 60 and so it was assumed that would be the distribution. But as normal, no credit to / source from where the get the information from.

So it appears that promobricks unidentified unofficial source is just the usual speculation and/or wants lists from fan sites.
  • tamamahmtamamahm Member Posts: 1,987
Luna is quite the popular character, though, so her at 2 instead of 3 is frustrating.
  • MinifiguresPlusMinifiguresPlus Member Posts: 231

As you all have heard, we have the official distribution out. So here is what we will be offering for COMPLETE SETS:

Complete set of 22 with Fantastic Beasts - $110

For the 6 Fantastic Beasts figures - $38
For the original 16 Harry Potter figures - $75

I've attached photos to make this as clear as possible. FREE domestic shipping. $10 for international shipping.

Please DM with PayPal email address for invoice. Ships in the first couple weeks of August.

Back to the HP sets. At first I wasn't really interested in this theme and I don't really care about the minifigs. Until I saw the set reviews from Jang on Youtube. They look very attractive to me especially as display pieces!
So anyone else looking forward to the castle & train station?

Question regards the CMF line - With Percival being only one per box, is he like the S18 Policeman in that he's located in the same area of every box?
  • Pitfall69Pitfall69 Member Posts: 11,454
^More than likely, but who knows where in the box? The Policeman was in the left side of the box if I'm not mistaken.

Are there any more rumours about the castle out there, as it seems to have gone a bit quiet after the flurry of posts a while ago?
  • CaptainPirateManCaptainPirateMan Member Posts: 353
Anyone else here plan on motorizing the train? We bought 2 trains, 2 great halls and 2 whomping willows. Ive been waiting for forever and a day to have a priper Hogwarts Express in my Lego City, so that's what I'm most excited about. The Halls and Willows are more for my wife, she wants to make a "somewhat" proper Hogwarts Castle. With all this talk about the official one NOT being minifig scale, we figured we would just double up on these and see how it turns out.

As for the train, it's going to need some modding for sure, but with 2 sets, I'm pretty confident. Has anyone tackled this yet?

Any rumors yet for a future wave of sets?  I'd love to see an updated Shrieking Shack, and it seems that would fill out some of the missing minifigs - Sirius, Werewolf Lupin, Peter Pettigrew.  Also would love to see an updated Diagon Alley, or Hogsmeade. Some updated sets from Goblet of Fire would be nice as well. We have Cedric, but would love to get a new Fleur and Krum to fill out the champions.
  • Pitfall69Pitfall69 Member Posts: 11,454
^Damn son; I haven't even gotten the first wave yet ;)

Finally managed to place a pre-order for a box of the minifigures, and at a 15% discount too. Two friends have kindly agreed to split the box with me, which means I don't have to go around feeling bags in all the Lego stores. Looking forward to picking it up come August!

No, I've not seen rumours only speculation. If they do another, I expect a faitfew duplicate characters in different outfits as there are not many more characters they can do and keep them interesting for general buyers, especially as some of the missing characters will presumably be used to sell future sets.

I hope an unopened box of these eventually becomes available on amazon. I'd love to preorder them but I don't paypal so I can't order them now from anyone who is selling them.

I'm not sure how it works in America, but can't you simply walk into the Lego Store/Target/Barnes & Nobles etc. and ask to buy an unopened box?
  • oldtodd33oldtodd33 Member Posts: 2,696
No, not the Lego store. They have a limit of 16 if they are being generous less if they don't have too many cases. You could probably get a case from Target or other store but you need to find a really nice employee to grab you one.

75954 Hogwart's Great Hall pre order for prime members is currently £84.95 on Amazon, so money off before its even out.
