    ^ Yep, that's it.

Could someone with LDD turn it into instructions? I was just going to use Brickulus to find the parts and then build based off of the photos of it, but instructions would be easier. If not, no big deal.

Toysrus finally had 40% so I got the Black Panther sets and Beach set and Walmart had 38% off. The junior set was mainly for the Iron Man fig

Used some promo's to flesh out my future winter village and fairground.

For #41130 more interested in the other rides than the actual "roller coaster", but I'm sure I'll find a use for that part as well.

I was looking for 2 x white 1x1 bricks with studs/knobs on 2 sides for a MOC I'm working on and noticed they were in Unkitty Cloud Car #41451, so I cycled to Tesco and bought one at full price because I didn't want to wait for a bricklink/BnP order :-)
And besides, I was going to buy that Unikitty set eventually, right??

Exactly, you don't need three... You need three thousand. It's a freakin' hot dog cart polybag! We'll never have enough.

Finally ordered #75156 today. $65 on Walmart in addition to a 25% promo code on google express brought it under $50 before tax, and it's only supposed to take until Friday to get here.

Turns out the Disney Springs Lego Store is a flagship store.  I'd never heard that before and couldn't find it referenced that way anywhere online either.  But I won't argue.  I'll take my 1 per household Lego Store set and some pretty sweet parts at the bar and call it a night.

Just ordered #31084 Pirate Roller Coaster from Argos, with a Paypal discount of 10%, so that I can scratch the roller coaster itch until I can get hold of the big 'un.

I've been on a mini roll over the last couple of days. I popped along to the Stratford store on a bit of a whim, mainly because I wanted to grab a couple of the new Xtra polybags and ended up grabbing a set that I've wanted for a long time, #10242 MINI Cooper MK VII.

As a freebie, I was given #40291 Creative Personalities, which I also really wanted.

I've just built it tonight and it's such an amazing little set! Love it! I really like it's quirkiness and difference. Very happy I popped along. :-)

Oh, also grabbed #40310 Botanical Accessories and #40311 Traffic Lights as originally planned. I'm not sure that I particularly want the other two Xtra sets, but I'll probably grab them at some point, for completeness-sake.

#10242 has been added to the backlog of sets that I still need to build, along with a couple of Minecraft sets, #31084 Pirate Roller Coaster, #40290 60 Years of the LEGO Brick and #70620 NINJAGO City. Oh, and #30478 Jolly Santa, which will definitely now have to wait until Christmas.

I've never had so many sets still in boxes, which is entirely due to a rapidly dwindling amount of display and storage space. I think that I'm going to have to make some radical decisions shortly and dismantle a few older sets to make space for newer ones. But which ones?

The crappy #75201 First Order AT-ST. While the set itself is fairly awful, I'm planning to MOC up a head for it using Bley Harvest's mod on Reddit.

Oh, and #30478 Jolly Santa, which will definitely now have to wait until Christmas.

Funny thing, I had to go to Framlingham today so naturally popped into the toy shop and came out with one of those.  As well as #41615 Harry/Hedwig and #41616 Hermione Brickheadz.  Sadly they didn't have Ron/Dumbledore in stock yet.

Was tempted by the Vader and Stormtrooper ones as well, but decided they can wait.

Just got the Elves Wind Dragon #41193 and Ninjago S.O.G. Headquarters #70640 along with the #30547 Dragon Hunter poly for $55 total via Google Express. Their coupons stack on whatever the sale price already is so you can get great deals this way. Free next day shipping too!

The S.O.G. headquarters will one day be a small part of the slummier side of Ninjago City for me.

I hope this isn't a slippery slope - I don't have the room or the money for a collection of modulars! Maybe I should have bought Old Fishing Store?

Was a bit disappointed that S18 minifigs weren't reduced in my local Sainsburys, as many have reported finding them half price.
As the box was fairly new I though I'd try having a feel - something I hadn't ever done before. To be honest, they all just felt lumpy to a greater or lesser extent - but I did find a couple that were considerably less lumpy - so I bought the least lumpy of those two....

...and yes - it was a Classic Police Officer :)

Had to open it to be sure though - then assemble it to be doubly sure - so guess it's not worth much more than the 3 quid I paid now :(

Where are these being sold? Haven’t been able to track one down
  • kbwkbw Member Posts: 422
Never mind. I just called that store and spoke to them. You all probably already know this, but they are being sold at flagship stores across the country.  There’s like 5 or 6 of them. They were happy to ship me one, so that worked out pretty well.

Yikes. Some folks don't care much about manuals, but I do.  Tears, spills etc make me do the big suck air in/noise thing/oh sh*t!, so I understand your pain.

I ended up not getting the set as someone else got it.  Yeah I know, buy now, think later.  But I had reasons to be hesitant.  Shall get it one day even if I end up paying more.  Maybe I can trade for it...

Didn't realize the manuals are in short supply.  So glad I grabbed them a short while back for $3.  Thought back then was I might slowly piece it together.  Still might end up doing that.

Check out the pdf version of instructions for #3826 Build-a-Bob, especially the part starting on page 44 to build the feet. I've tried it on multiple monitors and all those black parts look like a solid lump. There are others just as bad, that's just the first one I remembered. Newer sets usually have a list of parts used in each step, so it is easier to get past not being able to see the placement of the individual parts.

I was looking for any classic castle sets and the 60th anniversary promo (40290), which I happened to buy yesterday, along with 6048 Majisto's Magical Workshop (CIB) and 6024 Bandit Ambush.

Still keeping my eye out for classic castle, as always, and classic town (especially outback and 6563 Gator Landing and 6552 Rocky River Retreat)!

Picked up these two oldies today for $60. #7897 and #7936. Looks like I’m only missing the bucket, 2 figs, and the platform. I probably have most if not all in my bulk. It also came with 8 extra straights, 16 flex, and 11 minifigs. So pretty happy as the two seem to be going for around $200.  Never really thought I’d pick up any train older than PF, but couldn’t pass up this 9v/RC deal. My son and I love the trains and we’re slowly collecting what we can. (#7898 looking for you now) Now to take apart, clean, inventory, and rebuild. It has it’s flaws but still cool.

#75218 X-Wing Starfighter! Finally found it last night after visiting 6 or 7 Targets. I scanned it at a price-checker, it said "not in system", so I took it to checkout, intending to argue that it shouldn't be on the shelf if they couldn't sell it yet... but it rang up!

Bought the #41132 Emma Art Stand because my nearly 5 year old is adorable and wants it and another Ninjago City Chase on sale to get the Plant from Plants. Since it isn't even available in a number of prominent areas I expect it will disappear quickly.

Just bought #41111 Party Train for £2 on eBay, purely for the yellow bike. I've never bought Friends before, but I am trying to collect a few more of the bikes in different colours... I know I'm late to that party though!
