Technic parts are probably from #8002 - @Switchfoot55 found it first :)
The blades in the middle and cart at the top are from dwarves mine defender https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=7040-1
Yellow spikes and robot bottom left are from exo-force Dark Panther https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8115-1
Bottom middle looks like Freeze ray Frenzy https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=5970-1
Bottom right looks like the remains of Mission 3:Gold hunt https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8630-1
The monster head at the top is from https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8962-1 and the oranges blades are power miners as well.
Tried to find the part next to it as pearl gold 4x4 round plates aren't common but nothing's jumping out.
Hopefully pic not to big for the picture police ;)
I know there were a bunch of Lego polybags featuring all the items on the back of this packet. Maybe once you open the pictured outer packet there's a polybag inside?
Any enlightenment would be appreciated.
Any idea for the poly three up? ^^^

I used to think that BL listed every single part ever produced by Lego - even Q list parts.
A few months ago I started to update the list of parts in my Palace of Westminster model. I already had a list, but I realised I'd missed quite a few parts off it, so I spent a bit of time listing all the ones I'd missed.
This week I decided to update the list I have on display next to the model, and to my surprise, there was a part I'd noted down which wasn't on Bricklink. I made a mental note to check that this weekend.
So this evening I set up the model at a show, and decided to check. Lo and behold, my model does indeed have a 2x10 Sand Green plate in it, which isn't listed on BL.
So I'm wondering if any of you may have any idea where I might have got it from? Because I have no clue at all!
I did find it listed on Brick Owl, but not set number attached.
My hunch is that it was from a Certified Professional set? I'm searching through some lists I have to see if anything catches my eye.
No chance it's just a perfectly faded Bright Green?
I've never bought any CP sets...
No chance at all, it's absolutely Sand Green.
Maybe you have been visited by the Sand Green fairy?
The two on the left are "proper" 6L bars with stop ring, part 63965 or 18274. These other 4 are neither 6L or 7L long, nor are they a complete number of plates long.
I smell a rat!
The ones on the right are legitimate, 4211887, Standard 03.18x53. 28 of them in the original UCS Millennium Falcon, #10179, for instance! Maybe they redesigned them precisely BECAUSE they aren't a whole number of studs long?
