Mine hasn't gotten them or the #30532 poly around easter. It also doesn't carry Walmart's new knockoff Chick fil a sauce so I'll have to journey to the next one out...

According to bricklink one by me got 180 in. Stopped in and couldn't find them. Found an employee to look for them, and according to him they came in last night. He couldn't find them, and went to what was probably a manager. The manager said they were probably on the two trucks that just came in that had over 5000 items. Needless to say I didn't get any. Probably will wait a few days to see if the count goes down before I go back.

My local Walmart had them. They were in a display with other Lego Jurassic World sets.

I only see these being available in my area on brickseek at Walmart 'supercenters' and not at regular Walmarts, which I guess are the ones that are the ones that are local to the area, so I would like have to go 8 miles to get to one that is supposed to have these, so I think Ill wait and hope they appear online for purchase tomorrow, and only go to the actual store if I cannot find them available online.

Brickseek now showing 70% of stores have the baby raptor (sku 396761494), and it is starting to show up in CT.

Where in the store are you guys finding these?  The local wm is supposed to have about 175 or so, but I could not find them anywhere in the toy section or with the other polybags.

@gmonkey76 says, Ill wait to see the quantity start to drop before assuming I can go to a Walmart and buy these.

I asked today about the Raptor poly, and was told (after a emplyee spent time checking around for it) that it was still on the truck. He said to go back tomorrow. So I'm guessing that's the case with some other stores as well. If in doubt, pull up the item description and ask an emplyee.

My guess is this is part of a promo soon, so some stores have not put them out on their floors yet. Guessing there is a new weekly sale starting tomorrow, so there may be some poly promo with purchase of a JW set.

I went to an out-of-the-way Walmart in a not-so-nice area but didn't see any Raptor polys.  HOWEVER, I did find a lone #75532 on the shelf for $11!  FINALLY!!!

Update: I found them!  There was a cardboard display setup between the little kids clothing and furniture section.  I observed the count change from around 175 to 171 over the course of the day so I figured they had to be on the floor somewhere.

Hey, Wal-Mart... how about putting the toys in the toy section? Just an idea...

Stopped at a Walmart this morning that is out of my way and rarely get to.  Glad I did.  Clearance section had a couple Dimensions.  Don't remember which but were marked $6.  Scanned and strangely showed $9.  Already had so moved on.  Walked to electronics.  Found a bunch of them including a couple I hadn't seen in my usual stores in quite some time.  A couple had clearance stickers but most still hanging under regular price tags.  I scanned them all.  Starter sets were $12, Level Packs $6, and Team Packs $7 or $8.  A couple were not a great clearance which I thought was odd.  Proceeded to pick up 1 of most since it was roughly half what I paid when I first found on clearance several days back.  Now just to find the old receipts so I can return and get back about $60-$70.  Also picked up one fun pack I didn't have for $6.  It did ring up $9 and had to have attendant override.  Strange to have price ring up more than sticker price.

I found the "mark up" to $9.00 on fun packs at my local WM, too. Weird paying less for Team packs than fun packs. The fun packs at my store were priced at $8.88 for weeks before this clearance begun... lol

On June 13, 3 of the 8 WMs said they had #30382 polybags in stock.

Today, June 20 - one week later - ALL 8 have them in stock.

Way to feed the need, WM.

My Walmart has finally got the baby Raptors too, so I snagged 3 for now. Now I just need to figure out what to do with them.
  • 560Heliport560Heliport Member Posts: 3,872
I got 5... I'm thinking of a platform with technic gears underneath, so they can be turned in unison. Sort of a boy band dancing thing... because what else do you do with baby dinosaurs?

Stopped in a WM about an hour away from home while on the road.  Found a #10704 on the shelve for $5.  The top lid was pulled open...but everything was there and in tact.
  • datsunrobbiedatsunrobbie Member Posts: 1,817
#30382 does seem to be popular locally. If Brickseek inventory is correct, one local store sold 176 of 180 and another sold 104 of 180 - in two days!

Went to a Walmart 'supercenter' 'near' me, well about a 20 minute drive anyway, and found the #30382. Not in a large bin in the middle of the aisle, but on an endcap in the toy aisle. Also found the Teen Titan Starfire Dimension set for 5 dollars

...I know what I need baby dinosaurs for! To put in the bridge of the minifig-scale Serenity I'll probably never actually build! Watch Firefly (the series) and Serenity (the movie) if you haven't already.

@BuriedinBricks thanks! I'm all the way across town,  hopefully they have some by the time I make it back over. And maybe they'll finally have some of the Ninjago Turbo polys!

Never hurts to recheck a Walmart, folks. I stopped by one that had been picked clean of clearance by April to see if anything else had emerged.
    2 copies of #75160 U-Wing Microfighter $2.50
3 copies of #75161 TIE Striker Microfighter $2.50
2 copies of #76094 Mighty Micros: Supergirl vs. Brainiac.
    1 copy of #30354 Hot Rod $1

After tax, got it all for $19.75.

Finally made my way to Wal-Mart and was able to grab a couple Raptor Polys. There was a TON of them.

Scanned the rest of the aisles. Aside from some Brickheadz at $7.99, no other meaningful discounts to be had. Figures.

I did look for Dimensions and couldn't find them anywhere. Do they tend to be in electronics?

At my location they have a clearance section where they throw pretty much all of the junk on the shelves. That's where the Dimensions sets were in my area.

They can also be in the electronics section if you do not find a clearance section at your store

I checked Clearance too. A few shelves on the most random garbage I've seen in Clearance for awhile...which is saying something.
