Dimensions now on clearance.  Seems it must have happened either Friday or Saturday.  I've been checking almost daily since Target clearanced them (I missed) in hopes of picking up most.  Stopped at 5 stores on Saturday.  All had them in clearance aisle or center clearance table.  Whatever was left anyway.  Spot they usually had them in was now occupied by other gaming related stuff.  Think I picked up most if not all of the ones I've been seeing on the shelf.  One store in particular was a jackpot as I scored all 3 of the Story Packs which I wanted.  Pricing was consistent as follows:
    Story Packs - $20
    Level Packs - $15
    Team Packs - $12
    Fun Packs - $6

Got my Statue of Liberty today. Surprised for the size of the box compared to the price, but it feels like the box is full of parts though
  • mh3490mh3490 Member Posts: 329
@madforLEGO I was surprised at the shape of the box as well definitely different dimensions than I am used to

Just went to Walmart Pine Island Road North Fort Myers and they have 17-18% off the new Jurassic World sets but unfortunately not Lockwood Estate, I picked up 4 different sets
(Don’t ask me about the terrible “service” when returning my damaged online sets)

Well, my road trip is complete and the scores are in:

    Rural Wal-Marts visited: 0
    Marriages Saved: 1

    +1 for love I guess...

Every time I passed a Wal-Mart I just pictured stacks on stacks of deeply discounted Lego laughing at me and chanting, "You'll never get us! You'll never get us!"

The image of Lego bricks singing their nasty little taunts at me is something only found in nightmares.

^Reminded me if the film Borat.  "You will never get this!  You will never get this!"  But don't worry.  One day...you will get it.

@Switchfoot55 at this point in the game the likelihood of finding any clearance LEGO at Walmart is pretty slim, even at rural ones. Next round should be starting late this month or sometime next month.
  • CaptainRogersCaptainRogers Member Posts: 867
^I agree with @pharmjod. Last Time i found clearance at a rural walmart was about 2-3 weeks ago, and all that was left were a few Aquaman and Wonder Woman Brickheadz. Good for parts, but overall pretty slim pickings. Wait til they roll out the summer sets, and the beautiful dance of clearance markdowns will begin yet again, as surely as the sun will set.

#70910 Scarecrow Special Delivery is finally aon clearance, although for $16.

Also, it seemed that all the Jurassic World sets (save the Brickheadz) were marked down 20%.

Happen to stop by a Walmart I rarely frequent and found plenty of Dimension sets.  Picked up a two Starter Sets for $10 each and ten Level & Teams Packs for $6 or $7 each.  Passed on the Funs Packs and the $12 Starter Packs.

^$1 bttf level packs!! Would have snatched all those up in a heartbeat, Gremlins for $6 is good too. Found a few of the latter

I picked up the Starter Pack for the Xbox One for $15, then grabbed the Lego Batman Movie set for $10. Man, I hope there's a store around me that still has this variety left. I'd love to get that Ghostbusters set. My kids love Teen Titans Go, so I'd like to find one of those, too.
  • mak0137mak0137 Member Posts: 288
If you can't find them and are OK with paying for shipping, let me know.

My WM had all Dimensions fun packs on "clearance" for 9.00, but level and team packs for $6.00. Now it only has fun packs remaining.  $15.00 for the original starter box... but I've already bought 8 of them. Also found 2xBatman story packs for $10.00 each.
  • jedijason1138jedijason1138 Member Posts: 187
I picked up the Ghostbusters story pack, fun pack and team pack and the Gremlins fun pack. If the price had been half of what they were, I would have grabbed a lot more.

If anyone happens to run across a deeply discounted Kylo Ren and/or Rey Brickheadz (of the $2.50 or $5.00 variety) and would be willing to grab me one of each and work out shipping (or a trade?), maybe we could work out a deal?

    Stopped by my local WM.

    $12 Starters (x360 and PS3); XB1 was $15
    $10 Batgirl/Robin story pack
    $6-9 Fun/Level packs

Walmarts have the #30382 Jurassic World Baby Velociraptor poly now for $3.97.  It's only select WM but the ones that got them had 180 each

@scotty12 Which WM did you see them at and were they at the checkout or in the toy section?
  • jmeninnojmeninno Member Posts: 1,177
Only select Wal-Mart's? Very curious.  How did you learn of this?  And thanks for the heads up!
  • scotty12scotty12 Member Posts: 837
I'm in Iowa....but only 3 of the 12-15 WM within an hours drive have them...according to Brickseek.   Theres a Jurassic World/Park display in front of electronics that had JW dvds and t-shirts.  I'm assuming that's where the polys were to be too but I found 4 display boxes full of them. Brickseek said each store had 180each which was accurate as far as totals.  (Walmart sku 396761494)

When I say "select" Walmarts...only because when I do a Brickseek search...I type in #75926 Jurassic World Pteronodan Chase and 15 Walmarts around me say they have them in stock or received them.  When I do the #30382 JW poly search...only 3 of those WM received any.  So I'm assuming not all WM will received them.

    Did a similar search.

3 of 8 WMs in my area say they have them in stock per Brickseek.

  • AstrobricksAstrobricks Member Posts: 5,481
BrickSeek says 4 Walmarts around here have 180 each.

my local walmart had #76107 for $50 so around 38% off. Took one of the two that were there

I'd say probably 4 of the 10 local WM's in my area are showing stock of the Raptor Polys. 180 for each store.

Seems odd that so many stores (of the ones which have them) have exactly 180. Maybe they aren’t on the shelves yet.

All of the WMs in my Brickseek search show stock, but only a handful have less than 180.
  • 560Heliport560Heliport Member Posts: 3,925
Yeah, they're probably in the back of the store, not a priority for WalMart people, whereas most of us are like, "C'mon on! The truck pulled into the loading dock at least ten minutes ago! What's taking so long? I need a bunch of tiny plastic dinosaur babies, and I need them NOW!"

One of the stores as 174 the last I checked, but the others all at 180. Of course the store with less than 180 is the furthest away and would be extremely difficult to justify a trip when a store 15 minutes away has them showing as in stock and will likely have them on the floor shortly.

Thank you for the SKU, it makes it so much easier to find stuff on Brickseek with that and sometimes it is a real pain to find it. Brickseek says 29% of Walmarts have it in stock, none of which are in CT :(

My Walmart now has less than 180! A lady had only just put the display out when I found it - the pallet jack was still under the pallet with the Lego product.

Stopped by a Walmart on my way home from work and bupkis.. Guessing that some are going to be slower to put these out than others. Id ask a Walmart employee, but what is the point?

Picked up several.  Secondary prices will now be dropping considering the quantiy per store.

@scotty12 Thank you! The Walmart I went to had put out five on a shelf in the LEGO aisle.

I also found the Elves Goblin King Fortress for $44, not brilliant but we didn't have it yet.

Quantity per store is seemingly large but remember that not all WMs stock it.

    Yet?

The set below the polys is a WM exclusive too (also available at [email protected]).

My stores have not gotten them yet, and wondering if they will at this point. Brickseek shows nothing for the stores around me. That is, no store around me appears in the results when I search for the SKU in brickseek even though 61% of stores are reporting stocks. Heck the stores that do appear in the results show '0' in stock. At this time, my best hope now is if they appear on Walmart.com in stock.
  • eggsheneggshen Member Posts: 600
My local super center shows 180 on brickseek, went there, nothing. Even had someone look in the back, they couldn't find them. I'm betting they are there,  but I've never been impressed with the competence of employees at that particular store.

My location (Bluefield, Virginia) had several of the Dimensions sets for $6 (Fun pack) and $7 (level pack) in the clearance aisle.
  • madforLEGOmadforLEGO Member Posts: 10,793
Finally a Walmart in brickseek's results for me has them, but it is a bit of a haul. I notice the price of them on the aftermarket has considerably dropped as well with the price being under 8 now
