    Couldn't agree more.
Although my roots lie in Auburn, NY, not far from Rochester, the big apple has it's way, whom some refer to as my way.

Finished these three this week while catching up on LOTR/Hobbit sets that I missed during my Dark Age. I really love the ship from #79008

In "biting off more than one can chew" news i've already put at least 5k bricks into my Minecraft world project with no end in sight. The way i've planned it out-with mountains ringing the entire layout-is going to put me in the poorhouse. So, if you've got a bricklink store and have several hundred light bluish gray, dark bluish gray and white 2x4, 2x3, and 2x2 bricks please send me a message. i've got some business to throw your way...

Built NINJAGO City Docks over this weekend's evenings and what a lovely model this is. A lot of stickers, but they really add to the depth and display value of this set. Looking forward to finally open the seals on NINJAGO City and connect them both together following days.

    Love it!

I've been thinking that I might add some extension to the front of my Bag-end as well now that I've done the side and back and this is similar to what I had in mind. Adding a pathway for Gandalf is of course vital.

    Thanks :o)

I'm just finishing off the back of the house now. Managed to acquire all 13 Dwarves so I've had to extend out quite a bit to accommodate them.

Just built Kylo Ren's TIE Fighter last night. Rather enjoyed it. I think I'll keep this one built; I should be able to carve some space on the shelf.

I prefer your layout to mine. You've given them extra rooms. I've just extended out from the original baseplate.

Overdone the food and underdone the architecture.

After visiting London for the first time last week, I decided to start the Tower Bridge that has been on my shelf for the last 1 1/2 years. Slow start with bags that aren’t numbered...

Have got thus far on #70657 Ninjago City Docks. 7 bags in. Lots of fiddly stuff. Slightly annoying curl on the open water corner! Assuming they do another 32x48 extension set does the mean at some point I need to do a 48 x48 baseplate of just water? That’ll be fun!

Careful what you wish for. Lego are already halfway there with 30% of #21313 being the same translucent blue part.

I love it though, as it really looks impressive and adds to the depth and display value of the set. The only downside for me is the fact that with the stress being put on the baseplate by both layers of bricks the baseplate tends to go up in the corners :(

Ninjago City is exactly the same. At some point I'm going to take it apart in chunks and put it on a thicker, non proprietary base plate. Just don't fancy doing the water again!

Some Dimensions sets (Ghostbusters and Harry Potter)I picked up at Walmart for $6 and $7 each. I tried without the instructions and had the "Anglia" in 71247 looking like the front of the box, but noticed quite a few weak points, then realized I left out about a half dozen pieces.  I was able to find some videos on YouTube that showed the in-game instructions, and figured it out.

I will say this--the instructions in the box proved useful for Venkman's "proton pack" in  71228 (seriously, 11 pieces is a large number for a minifig accessory--ATVs tend to not have many more parts than that), but that's it. Unless the figure has some complicated accessory to be directly attached to them, ost people well versed with Lego won't need instructions for a minifigure, it's pretty much second nature.

@cody6268 - To ensure you are aware, instructions for the Dimensions sets can be downloaded from the Customer Service site.  I put in #71247 in for the link below.  Hope that helps.

Just wrapped up my first (and possibly only) entry for the Rebrick Ultimate Mechs contest. I'm not sure I have much of a chance against Chubbybots, but at least it was fun to build.

I just finished building the Lego Roller Coaster 10261 -> https://youtu.be/BXCSHbl8N7A

and I will be adding power functions to the coaster.

I will be taking better videos of the coaster and I have some neat ideas that I will be adding to the videos. I plan to add this to the Ferris Wheel and Carousel that I have already built. I also plan on do some mods to all of them in the distant future. The Roller Coaster is worth it even if it's on the expensive side and huge.

10 bags in and beginning to look a bit more interesting. Clever parts use for canopy detailing.
Taking it slowly to maximise the enjoyment.

@stlux, I don't know about @Legopants as he would probably gotten round to opening it in a couple of years time (not sure what the time delay is on his set openings).

@Legoboy on the other hand has probably either broken out in a cold sweat, shouted 'Noooooooooo' just like Vader shouldn't have done or is currently putting on a pair of ruby red high heels and is repeating to himself 'there's no place like home' to try and escape what he's witnessing. ;)

And I was under the impression that Lego filled the Inside Tour boxes with pebbles to save on manufacturing. It's not like anyone ever opens them, right?
