    As a kid I had all of those sets and loads of castle sets... Which I kept in a huge old suitcase. When I got bored with Lego (probably around 12) I gave it all away...

    Had to get the oil changed in my car, so I stopped by a Walmart that I don’t normally visit. Found two #60172 ($40 RRP) for $5... odd that a 2018 set is already 90% off.

    I went through a box of S18 but no police officer. Then I noticed a full rack of them just laying on the shelf below the box... I don’t think anyone had searched it yet, because I found all three of the policemen. It’s safe to say I was stoked, Walmarts in my area don’t often have the CMFs.

    Ok, so I don't know if LEGO Dimensions deals are worth bragging about any more, but I was very impressed with getting the Starter Pack on X360 for £14.99...

    Compared to Lego's retail price I'm astonished! My youngest thinks this is his main present because he's seen how much it costs at the Lego store, and I always tell him a £80+ set must be for birthday or Christmas.

    While the product is old... the gift portion of it is definitely brag worthy, and if you can find some of the add on packs at heavy clearance also, I'm sure he won't be coherent for at least a week after he opens them! Very awesome.

    Apologies for the bad camera but I scored these for $20 total. The First Night was opened and built once, verified complete by me except for one cracked 1x1 brick in light nougat. 
    Crafting box had bag one opened and was missing the diamond pickaxe and skeleton's bow. Bag(s) 2 are sealed. The farm is sealed. I'm not into Lego Minecraft sets, but at 33% off the price of just the smallest one here, I'll take it. It is 83% off standard retail price for the three...
    Considering this a score.

    $2.50 or $5 on Brickheadz. Although that’s not really a great find anymore, but instead just a regular one. Basically, wait before buying any you want at full price. Walmart discounts them like crazy very quickly. Got the Justice League lineup for $10 total and already seen the Infinity War ones down to $7 at some stores.

    50% off RRP sounds great to me! I thought I was lucky when I found it for $79 at Walmart. However, I did luck out on #75190 for $79.

    Not sure how fantastic this is, but I'm happy - I got a new King's Castle 7946 on eBay for $100. The catch is that the listing said bag # 1 was missing. I looked at the instructions online, and that's the bag of minifigs. I actually have a lot of castle minifigs, so I'm OK with that. I did go on BrickOwl and get all the parts of the king except the cape, and several of the correct torsos, for about $10 shipped. Combined with the castle minifigs I already have, I'm happy.

    I finally hung up my one of my LEGO vinyl Banners. A few years ago our local Toy/Party supply stores (Diddams) decided to stop to selling LEGO so I asked if I could purchase the banner he had hanging up. After talking to the owner a few times I went in to ask about them and the manager carried out three and gave them to me free. They are made of a nice heavy vinyl and double sided with the LEGO logo dated 2002. They measure about 37" x 36". 

    I tried to get the wrinkles out with a hair dryer but need more heat. I'll try an iron on low heat or heat gun. Being double sided it would look nicer hanging somewhere you can see it from both sides. 

    Diddams had some older stock LEGO items at retail prices. I found a Passenger Plane 7893 for $40 a couple years after they retired it. Around 2008 they began clearing out all the LEGO stock at 40% off and closing a few of it's stores. They began selling LEGO again but with much less stock.

    @dehnehsu Something you could try to take the wrinkles out is hang it outside on a nice sunny day. Maybe add some extra weight to the rod on the bottom to help pull the wrinkles out. Leave it out there for a couple hours and see if that helps. Just a few hours shouldn't be enough to do any damage as far as fading but hopefully it will heat it up enough to take out the waves. This way you avoid any issues with too much direct heat on a specific spot which might make that area shrink.

    Hang the face of the sign away from the sun, that should solve any concerns of fading.

    @oldtodd33 That's what I was going to suggest at first then I noticed @dehnehsu said it was double sided so that wouldn't work ;)

    Grabbed a bulk lot for $50 with everything in perfect condition. After I went through and id'd what I could, I ended up with complete sets of #9496, #79100, and #79102. The part I'm most excited about is that it had most of #76023, including the minifigs and almost all of the pieces with the stickers applied. After going through my spare parts it's about 95% complete. Just need to order some stuff from bricklink and then it's off to building it!

    Just picked up #7346 Seaside House for $10, complete with box and instructions as well as a bag of extra pieces (mainly a mix of small/large palm tree leaves and a couple extra figs). 

    In terms of deals, it's not the best ratio of actual cost vs average BL cost, but i'm happy. I figure I can find a smooth way of incorporating into my Winter Village scene without too much difficulty.
