Asking advice about my Fire Brigade Set

Hello community.

I hope you can give me some advise.
I am not a fanatic lego collector. Just some Star Wars sets. Now I have some sets I will sell in the near future at Bricklink.

What can I ask for a new and sealed Fire Brigade set with heavy wear on the box and the seals broken to check the content?

The set itself is 100%n new and all polybags are closed.

Is €200 a decent price to ask or am I crazy to sell it for that money ?

I hope on some advice and thanks in advance.

I have to add the corners of the box are really bad weared but the rest of the box is decent. I should say 7/10

You ought to get more for it than that.  Used ones sell for in excess of £250 here in the UK so a 'new' one with box wear should sell for anywhere upwards of that.

Thank you. I estimated it at 200 but I know enough now. Highly appreciated.

You can check the sold prices at bricklink, it gives a good idea of a starting price.

Check the 'sold' prices on eBay as well.
