    *Puts sunglasses on*

I was looking for these polybags/to sell them/to other men

(*At cost/Rest are for personal use!)

And picked up the #71020 box for said men and me. And caught some EOL Ninjago and City sets trying to get away (Mwahaha!). Some 2018 Nexo Knights at 15% off. And collected my 15% off Falcon+Scarif Trooper freebie.

Some of you might have remembered that I built the Ninjago City (by looking at the official photos) 2 months before the product release.

After building it I was debating (with myself) whether to get the official set given I've already enjoyed the much more challenging building process of no instructions.

Fast forward to 2 days ago I've finally decided to get it, the free gifts of course do help a bit in my decision making. :-))

Picked up #70922 in order to get the #40290 set. I had $85 of VIP points to redeem, which happily reduced the amount of tax on the Joker Manor! Plus I still walked away with $10 in new rewards.

Also managed to put my inept bag feeling skills to use and get 2 additional dolphins from the TLBM CMF series 2. It was easy to dismiss all of the skinny bags, and I was sure at least one of them was correct. Now, what to do with the extra Batman in bathing suit pieces?

Bit of a Ninjago/Black Panther theme to my latest S@H order, grabbed #853758, #853759, #41488, #41487, #76100, #76099 & a couple of other items to score myself a #40290 60 Years Of The Lego Brick set.

Bought #71040 Disney Castle.  The largest & most expensive set I’ve ever bought.  I had $105 in VIP credits, a $48 prepaid card to use up, bringing it down to not much more than the cost of the Diner I bought at the start of the month.  It was chosen with my wife’s blessing, as she wants to build it with me!  She’s convinced that if we start it in the next few days, she’ll have it finished in no time flat.  I’m trying to convince her, that for someone who’s never built LEGO before, that’s not necessarily a realistic goal to have.

Thanks to a tip off from @Adelec and working not far from the Trafford Discovery Centre, I popped in for a polybag raid!

They'd run out if the little dog 3in1. But I'm happy with this lot. Some to build. Some to trade. All now nicked by Little Miss Speedman!

^Am I the only one who really truly likes that new Milano??

If that had been the first iteration of the Milano, I would have absolutely adored it.  But I would be lying if I said that it wasn't at least a little disappointing that they downsized the previous one, which was really great, for that set.  I understand why, with the previous one not selling well and likely being deemed too expensive, but it was still sad to get a build that it was pretty much impossible to fit everyone inside on after the first movies.

I'm just wishing Lego would do a UCS version of the Milano. I'm guessing that's never going to happen if the original didn't sell well?

You could always go the custom route. there's several large MOC's out there, and Build Better Bricks sells instructions for this 1507 Milano:

I found #60182 at Walmart for $27, which is regular retail for them and about $3 cheaper than other stores. I love campers, RVs, caravans, whatever you call them.

Saw this on offer at Smyths and couldn't resist. Not opening it until I've finished decorating my loft/Lego room, should give me enough motivation to finish it now!

Excited to get this. Only one seal at the bottom so the box can be opened without cutting the seal. If I get around to it I plan to digitize the instructions and maybe try bricklinking the parts to build one and leave this one in the box.

Woohoo, just got the last Bat-Space Shuttle in Belgium at -30% I think... :P It doesn't happen that often that in-country retail is actually cheaper than shipped by Amazon.

Drove 45min to get it, I guess that only makes sense if gas is free ;)

Looks like they had the flower set too, which makes me jealous since my local store apparently never got any, and I missed the half day or so they seem to have been available online :(

After making an AFOL out of my wife building the Disney castle with her, I decided she needed her own set to add to the winter village.  Since we got the chalet at costco before Christmas, and her thing is hockey, bought #41322 for her.  And with the free  #30404 she can’t say I didn’t buy her flowers today!

Small haul today. Only intended getting the Bunny Brickheadz set but the Friends Pod was free with a £40 spend at Legoland Discovery Centre Manchester. Which was a good excuse to get the Black Panther set and a City Pizza stand polybag a nice bonus.

Last week, I bought a metal container filled with sets for $30. At the top of the container, I could see some partially built buildings (and the container itself has wheels and is very nice), so I figured I would pay what the woman was asking for the lot. After pulling out partially built items and doing some sleuthing, I know I have complete or incomplete versions of the following:
#41015, #31026, #21105, #21106, #21107, #21102, #41029, #41052, #41094, #41037, #41027, #41090, #41039, #41026, #3315, #41028, #30115, #6743, and #41030. You might also notice in the photo that the complete car and four of the figs from #10232 are also included. There are about 3-4 pounds of loose items off to the side/still in the bin.

Does anyone happen to know what set the white car with blue stripes is from? I have been striking out.
I bought something similar to this recently. It even had some of the same sets

^I guess if people are collecting from the same couple of themes during the same years, it might not be too uncommon to see listings like this.

Update: The parts I had for Olivia's House and the small lamb set will just be going into my extra parts bins as there are too many parts missing, but the other sets are either complete or only missing a handful of things so I added those missing parts to Bricklink in case I ever find them at a store when I am purchasing other items. After going through these sets, I also determined that I had #21117 in there, as well as three of the figures from #10218. After I finish clearing this out, I will move onto another of my bulk buys that I had the time to purchase but not the time to go through.

Wegmans put a lot of sets 70% off - 2 each #41586 #41587 (Batgirl and Robin BrickHeadz), 2 #70362, 4 #70347 (all except 70362 I've bought before). Also CMFs half off - 26 TLNM and 1 S17 (don't need to identify them first at that price)

Mine had the pirates of the Caribbean cannibal escape almost complete, the only thing wrong with it was a couple of skeleton arms for the side of the cage were broken. I also got three sets that were mostly in the box but some bags were opened and the sets partly built. Who knows why the person stopped building. The three sets were the rattlecopter from ninjago, the trash chomper from the lego movie, and the z 95 headhunter from the clone wars

@BillyBricks84 do any parts from the Olivia's House you're breaking down fill gaps in the near-complete Friends sets? would save trouble searching for them. It's more than a coincidence, often different sets in a theme share a lot of parts/colors.

Just bought this #75528 Rey from Amazon as it was only £10 with Prime delivery, (I used the link on the Brickset website).

unfortunately when I opened the top flap of the Amazon packaging I found this....

The outer packaging was undamaged so the Amazon Herbert who packed it must have seen it was damaged but still sent it anyway, I have reordered it and have to return this one, GRRRrrrrrr :(

    What's the problem?

I generally open LEGO boxes like a bear devouring honey.  Or Garfield eating lasagne.  I don't have time for seams, flaps or 'open here' instructions.

The ones from Olivia's House do not, but there are a surprising number from the small "lamb" set that fill in gaps from others with magenta bricks and slopes I had been missing.

TLNM CMFs at 50% off is tough to ignore.  Nice catch!

After getting my wife #41322 (with flower) for Valentine’s Day, she wanted to similarly surprise me.  So when returning home from work yesterday, she surprised me with #21035, which is beyond awesome given I have all the FLW buildings, with the exception of the first Guggenheim. However she also wanted to get something for herself, so we now have #41318 as well!  I’m sure we’ve added as many sets this year as last year already at this rate!
