can anyone help me to ID this incompleted lego set? 

It looks like a black place / spaceship, thanks in advance

    Crown plate looks like it's from a Castle set.  Can't find one with a matching plate from the sets on Brickset though, but I'm sure someone will know exactly which set from that plate.

    https://brickset.com/sets/70806-1 has a similar design and fits the plane idea, but can't see the other pieces in there.

    The frame looks like it could be from 7782 Batwing
    (check out the 3D image from the back)

    According to bricklink the blue tile with crown(sticker) is only in set #70404. Doesn't look like some of the other parts are from that set. You may have someone's own little creation there.

    The Blue Crown Tile Looks to be from #70404 but some of the other parts from the rest of it doesn't match with the parts list from this set.

    I would agree that its someones own little creation, but still think the frame is #7782
