Somewhat familiar. Missed delivery yesterday by 5 minutes, went to post office to pick it up. "It's not here". Indeed, tracking doesn't say it is.
The 2 Amazon parcels that were delivered by the same truck at the same moment were, however...
They better not have lost it! Not that LEGO won't replace it if it actually got lost, but they'll be out of the VIP set once they do...
@Legoboy - me & my KFOL are heading to the cinema this afternoon too. His very first time!!No goodie bags for us though
Thanks to Efferman's stand, I have found space in my living room to display the MF:I am a little scared of waking up to a loud crash, but no risk, no fun :-)Seems very stable, but was a #%&[email protected] to attach with the MF already built!
^Harrison Ford will never show up
Feeling a bit confused and wondering if anyone can help me figure something out with Bricklink. Is there an easy way to determine the weight of the items in my cart? I'm trying to estimate shipping as best as I'm able to, but obviously need the overall weight as a starting point. Am I just missing something that is right in front of my face?
Suffering LEGO show organiser nerves. Everything's done and, as the LEGO facilitator says, 'if you build it and advertise it they will come'. I hope so. If there are any bricksetters near Lincoln please come along to Brick Lincs (see our page on FaceBook) and enjoy the fun.
Not a true LEGO status, but related. I (finally) finished this tonight. It’s those super small bricks. My fingers are killing me. Had to support my team...despite the past few weeks...
Hmmm... the Same statusupdate appeared twice more yesterday, with an update like ‘arrived at local sorting’... this morning and when I Just got home, there was a ‘we’ve missed you’-note in the door...guess they’ll Be back monday. :s
Was my birthday over the weekend (and wedding anniversary, and son's birthday, and FIL's birthday) so I've been pretty busy. However, still managed to get a couple of Lego things - my wife bought me #76085 Battle of Atlantis & #76044 Clash of the Heroes in order to get my DC collection up to snuff (Clash being the cheapest BvS set with Batman in it, and the Atlantis set being the cheapest JL set with a hero I hadn't got yet, with me already having the WW set from her movie). Now I can wait until the Flash and Cyborg movies come along to get them two. I think.
^ A great big orange buoy that was put somewhere it shouldn't have been?Have you tried 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C.?
My son just got the coolest gift.........I kind of want a set for myself.
At 11.64m, the world record has apparently been broken. Which confuses me a bit, as wasn't last year's DFSF ferry @nexander @thebeermonkey and others built a bit over 12m? Or maybe it's a different category of "longest Lego ship"?
Successful Sunday evening on eBay buying extra track to go with the Cargo train for my daughter for Christmas. Two oval tracks so far and grandparents are getting a couple of the current track packs as well
