It appears that out of stock products don't show up when you search online. I however found out about this deal from Hotukdeals and followed the link which takes you to the listing regardless of it being out of stock.

Picked this baby up locally today. 360€ (430$) Built once. No dust. Good box and instructions. Missing only the sticker for the canopy. I am very happy indeed. Not even a starwars fan (JT Kirk rules in my universe), but there is sthg about this model I really like...

if it what i think it is. (and i not 100% on this.) this is just what i think it is. i could be wrong.

Toys R us uk ran a offer that when you spent £20 or more on lego you got a sticker or stamp on a card. i think it needed 4, sticker's or stamps to become a £20 gift voucher.
i do think the time this offer is to run for it almost over, or it has ended. and only the time left to run is the time before the £20 gift voucher to run out.
this may be all wrong but this is what i worked out from the Toys r us deals post.

no idea. i read about it on the uk toys r us forum deal's post. and as far as i know TRS uk is a off shot of TRS USA and has only week links to each other. i may be wrong but thats how i understand it. there like long lost brothers who chat about once a year to say hello.

Yes it is UK TRU together with TLG promotion. Collect Brick stickers onto a Lego collector card then get £20 off some other lego. Since I was buying the first sets of lego anyway I did not include them with the final deal. Maybe I should have said over £200 of Lego for £90, including Battle of Atlantis for free. :)

PIcked up #45005 Story Tales for $15 at TRU. Nice Duplo parts pack, plus you get a number of animals and figures.

Found this lot in a bin earlier! Before you all get your pitchforks, the only bricks were spares. But seeing the prices the UCS boxes and instructions go for, I'll take that brag...

Just a small brag (copied from the "Benelux Promotions"-thread):

    eMJeeNL said:
Little heads-up for the Dutchies, Belgians and others travelling in NL; the toystore of Otten (Otten2, the one specialising in amongst others Lego) in Den Bosch city centre now features a small PaBwall (or really a column with some trays).

€9,99 for a milkshake cup full of bricks. Am very sure that part of what they offer is used, as all the LBG was heavily discoloured(so I didn't get any).
Bought some darker-coloured bricks that might fit my Winter Villages MOC's (they had a LOT of dark blue bricks, of which I had the understanding are quite rare?):
Asked the guy behind the counter about the used bricks and he said they bought some bulk bricks and sell those as a kind of try-out (so probably everything is used); am unsure about the price/value-ratio at this price.

Also, the new Bricksworld-shop in Heerlen will feature a PaB-wall larger then the one in the Berlin LegoStore when it opens at the end of next month; am very curious about that. Anyone planning on visiting this store?
Hmm just found out that some of the Earth-blue pieces I picked up are quite rare...
The 4 (or even 6, unsure) Brick-With-Bow 4519933 even only appear in 3 sets, 2 of them being #10182 Cafe Corner and #10187 the original VW Beetle... (and #8893 Bionicle).

Almost had to be a #10187, as they also had a bunch of medium blue brick too (also took some of those).

Also found 2 4209433 and 4596065, only included in #4841 Hogwarts Express and 1 more set each.

The wall element round 4654111 in Dark Orange also only appeared in two sets, 2 Space Shuttle sets from 2010 and 2011.

Quite chuffed with that, and left wondering who would part out these sets...

Found #10219 Maersk Train on ebay and won with a best offer for $130. It looks like the cab of the truck is missing, but otherwise appears complete and a much better deal than the $200-$300 it typically goes for.

It's not much of a find, but I found a LEGO Movie lunchbox at a thrift store for $2. It sells for $10 on Amazon.

It won't go down as the world greatest purchase, but I feel like I got a steal of a deal. Was able to buy 5 gray 48x48 baseplates for $15 total. Only two have a corner each with a tiny stress mark. Otherwise they're in perfect shape.

And now I can nearly plate my entire winter village table.

That is a very nice find! Those baseplates are super useful!

    At a local Wal-Mart I found 3 copies of #75102 Poe's X-Wing Fighter for $15 apiece. I grabbed all 3. I (and I suspect everybody else!) practically never find Star Wars over 50% off, so 80% was a no-brainer!
Oh man, I'm so jealous of that.

  • Bought a 'LEGO City Advent Calendar' on a well known (and reputable) Irish site on Saturday for EUR 3.35. No image, set number etc. so I don't know if it is this years calendar, last years or something entirely different. Hoping the order is fulfilled as I wanted the other item in the order. This was filler to get free shipping after a 16% promo code put the othe item (a book) below the free shipping threshold of EUR 10. :)

  • Also got a 70618 Destinys Bounty for GBP 76.86 on Amazon with free shipping last weekend. Price went back up soon after.

Just went to pick up my little girl from nursery and this piece was sitting below a road sign on the way home.

Photo doesn't really show it off very well, it's the light bluish grey variant and it's got a few nicks and scratches. It was alone, no other pieces anywhere around.
Part of me is curious how it got there, and tempted to go back for a scout around, you know, in case there's an abandoned falcon nearby! There was a bird feather stuck to it, but hopefully it wouldn't be that kind of falcon!

i got a huge lot of 2004-2005 bionicle - bits and pieces, no boxes, no instructions, but it was all for 25 bucks. im still in the process of trying to ID everything. this makes up for missing the "35pounds of lego for $100 - includes star wars and castle" listing on craigslist a few months back. my boys have discovered bionicles and these are for xmas and birthdays.
Thats a good find! Why did you not purchase the set you saw on craigslist for $100?

Had a couple of little victories lately as a result of seller mistakes:

got both Powerpuff girls Dimensions packs - #71346 & #71343 - for £15 as amazon screwed up and sent me the fun pack when I'd ordered the team pack and let me keep the incorrect fun pack.

Aftet a bit of stress with Boots messing up on the Batmobile in the three for two, complaints to customer service and partial returns, I've managed to end up with a full refund and allowed to keep the Star Wars Advent Calendar #75184 for free!
