I might try to do the same with classic sets later on, especially Town. I love a lot of the concepts behind Classic Town sets.
Now eagerly awaiting the Nexo Knight Armor Pod to complete this collection!
I asked, but they were out. I think it was the promo previous to the ski pod.
I sure am glad that I don't care for the new UCS Falcon!
olde fishing store on the other hand..... think dr who and big bang theory.
The #5004916 Ninjago one is currently GWP with any TLNM purchases on S@H and at Lego Stores.
The #5004920 Friends one we spotted on Friday at the Billund Legoland Lego Store, GWP with any Friends purchase.
I already assembled #40176 Scarif Stormtrooper at the airport, but this now prompted me to finally also put together #40268 R3-M2:
Even though the base for both is the exact same, the instructions get you to put each together in a very different way. Somebody at TLG has an aversion to copy/paste!
Also the connector pegs that come with R3-M2 are black, but the ones in the Scarif poly are LBG...
So my status is...
Reading the news while waiting on hold with eBay customer support.
That last one really isn't the typical 3-in-1, is it? If you build the car at least, over half of the pieces remain unused (but of course you don't have enough bricks to build any of the other models).
Trying to enter all my Billund trip purchases into their respective Excel sheets and the Brickset database, but somehow still too lazy... Also trying to not be sad about all the things I did NOT bring home...
Just put on the first episode of LEGO Masters, see if that'll get the energy flowing again :)
(first post! Yay!)
Just needed something small to get me over the free shipping threshold, so didn't call for the tiger this time. Will do that next time :)
Or, they could just just employ staff that could count properly....
I made a large Bricks & Pieces order a couple of years ago, but when it arrived there was loads of it missing (but it did include some random minifigure parts, easy to confuse in a sea of 10179 bits, apparently).
They sent me a second top-up order with the remaining parts apart from 8 large plates; I contacted them again and they sent 6, oh how I chuckled....at that point I admitted defeat and headed towards Bricklink!
I gave Lloyd a 1970 Monte Carlo. What many people don't know is that when he is not causing the shark apocalypse in Ninjago City, Lord Garmadon drives a Ford, so his rebellious son drives a Chevy.

Now a minifigure gets to drive a car that in real life, costed $3.4 million dollars+only seven were produced. Yay.
@Odeinoichus
There are no Toys R Us shops in Ireland and I just know the 4 figures will be expensive to get on Bricklink or elsewhere.
I want, nay need the Batman in a money suit...and the bunny suit!
