My turn to post awesome finds
I saw some #41180 (elf castle) for $49 yesterday and went back this evening for them. However, there were some much better deals this time
3 #41232 super hero high $30
3 #41185 goblin village $25
4 #41233 Lashina Tank $5 [I might get it at $10]
#41300 $9 #41301 $7 (dog show)
2 #41172 Water Dragon Adventure $7
#41129 Hot Dog Van $15 [been waiting to see that better than 20% off
passed on several half off sets
walmart haul:
#76057 $49
#75157 $49
#60109 $25
Snagged a U-Wing for $54; Phantom for $17; Rathtar for $54
.
Contemplated getting the Mighty Micros for $5 each...
#41172 Water Dragon Adventure $7
#41223 Lashina's Tank $5
Also saw the Friends Sports center for $19.
#75139 Battle on Takondana $15 - Picked up 1. Saw 3 more between 2 stores
#75148 Encounter on Jakku $30 - Saw 3 in one store. Passed
#41068 Arendelle Castle Celebration $30 - Picked one up for my girls
#60104 Airport Passenger Terminal $45 - passed
#31049 Twin Spin Helicopter $15 - picked one up
I saw 1 #70917 at one store yesterday for $99. Debated. Walked to other isle. Came back. Son point out Scuttler on low shelf to Mom. Mom looks up and points to #70917 on top shelf. I couldn't understand their language. They pick up and leave. Saved me $99.
Couple others that I purchased and passed, but can't remember. It's starting to blur.
Question: If I were to pick up #75157 for $59 at one store, go to another that shows $30 - no stock at another store on brickseek, would I be able to get the difference back? What if I returned and then rebuy it? Does Wally do this? Anyone try and have success? I want this set, but struggling at $59. Comfortable at $30.
2 #76072 mm ironman thanos $5
2 #41303 puppy playground $2.50
6 #10728 mia's vet clinic $11
Some other sets are a solid deal at 50% but I'm hoping for 60-70%
Anyway stopped at a 3rd store for today. Similar clearance thought less and prices not as good (for example #60104 was $59 instead of $45 at different store). Did find 2 of #70917 for $99 though, but passed. I spent enough today on better deals.
@Keilup "I spent enough today on better deals" similar here. I might wait til next week, but supermarkets are particularly busy the first few days of the month from people using new food stamps and it might not be the best time to go in for non-groceries
@Bumblepants nice, I was glad to get 2 #70348 at WM for $11 and 4 #70349 at Target for $14
Times have changed... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I had a WM 'support manager'..whatever that is...enough to make him in charge on the night shift...tell me that Walmart stores won't price match other Walmart stores because they set their own prices(not entirely true). Walmart stores will only price match Walmart.com.
tl;dr box store floor training is abysmal.
It is also nearly impossible to memorize every item in the store and it's exact location. Maybe you have had some bad experiences but you should not generalize about every retail employee. Most of us go above and beyond our duties to help "guests".
I am glad that you have a great Target to work at and that you care enough not only to do your job well, but to come on here and speak up about it!
Went back to Wal-Mart today for groceries. There are no groceries on the Lego isle.

3 #60100 $4.50 from regular aisle
Going back for #41312 $19 and #41124 $15 later when I have more cash and cargo capacity
Thought of another WM sort of out of my way which I'll check on a day when I have fewer other things to do
At least they overpaid? I still found both but I did have to drive a little further for the deal, 20 min
