@JooTog @Onebricktoomany - I built the explorer recently and it's a great model, and I'm really excited about the alternate models as well (not built them yet). The photos are here:

from amazon, (thank you Smyths for that £5 code and amazon for Price matching)

#31051 Lighthouse Point for £25.00 (this one is on my list if i was to see it at a good price, £25 is to me a good price. it look's like a fun build and rebuild.)
#75825 Piggy Pirate Ship for £29.99 (not on my list but i have a big weekness for Ship's, Spaceship's, Airship's, Airplane's and well anything that can go on water or Fly! or is a model of something that can go on water or fly. and it's at a good price so had to get it)
#70626 Dawn of Iron Doom For £33.99 (on my watch list for ninjago set's. not trying to get all of the start of the year sets but a bit like last years 2nd half set's look like i am going to end up with all the ninjago 1st half 2017 set's at this rate. i am missing 3 set's at this point, the 2 small sets and the big dragon set.)

dont know if i should have waited for prime day on amazon or not. but seeing as most amazon sales almost never have lego set's added to the sale. it's a risk that i am welling to take.

Picked up #21309 at the Lego store in Downtown Disney today. Guy said they received quite a few in this morning. Used my points from earlier in the week and got it for $96.96 out the door.

Just acquired some Architecture sets. Gonna build them.
Got my Lego box in and THANK GOODNESS they're using air packets in their boxes, but only one side. So be careful opening from the bottom (which is the unprotected side).

I didn't plan to get the ultimate batmobile because of the high price but saw it 40% off...
however, I planned to get one of the other bat-vehicles, but I guess I'll just skip them then.

I think people hate it because (in my experience) it's butt-ugly, not an interesting build, and a very boring design. Did I mention it's ugly? Like, in person it looks worse than the box.

I'll admit it isn't as nice looking as many other ships, but it's a industrial scavenge ship, not a sleek fighter or transport shuttle.  But I can see why it's the ugly runt of the litter when you look at the whole lineup. But my kid and I have been watching and enjoying the show so I'm clearly biased.

It is safe to say I buy something every few days.  Or trade for something on the days I haven't purchased something.

^ I'm at about three weeks now. Actually didn't buy anything for myself from the LEGO store yesterday. Everything was for the birthday boy. But after seeing the Carousel in person and realizing it will be a definite buy in the future, I will increase my efforts to trade for a Ferris Wheel. Cough.

Placed a PaB order last night as I am slowly gathering the parts to build #3723 LEGO Mini-Figure (planning on doing #3724 LEGO Dragon afterwards).

Included #41132 Heartlake Party Shop (20% off) to complement the rest of the Heartlake stores I already have and to get the mini piggy bank promo.

Also, planning to visit my local LEGO store today to get me another mini piggy bank.

^ I'm halfway #3724 - the 2x8 ones are expensive! I replaced most of them by 2x 2x4 but now needed to order some 1x8s because otherwise it'd just fall apart ;)

Yeah, I got a bunch of 2x4 and my complement with a combination of 2x3 and 2x2 to keep it together. I will look into the 1x8 also. Thanks!

Got three Batman movie sets I needed to round out the rogue gallery on clearance but passed on Bane truck. Might go back for it later as it was only $35. It seems like you spent less if you spread it out.

My Walmart had a TON of clearance too, mostly Batman Movie and Star Wars (or that's what I noticed cuz that's all I care about?); some sets they've had for maybe like 2 weeks. Wonder what they're clearing so much room for......

Anyway, picked up a Spidey set I'd been eyeing, AND stopped by the Dimensions aisle and found the Doctor Who Level pack for 10 bucks! :D Nice to have my own aside from the set that the Boy and I use for the game.

    #75137 Carbon-Freezing Chamber
    #75167 Bounty Hunters Battle Pack
    #75183 Darth Vader Transformation

After building the UCS Slave I, I'm kind of in a Bespin/ESB/Bounty Hunter rut. (and #75183 is just because I needed a Vader and Palps)

I've become fixated on the Star Wars LEGO Key Chains for some reason. Once a BrickLink order from Germany arrives I'll be adding the likes of Admiral Ackbar and Emperor Palpatine to the growing collection. This order will make for a total of 16 key chains with no idea yet why I am or how to display...

Yeah I figured that was part of it, but I mean.... there's about 12' worth of shelf space (times five or six shelves?) all on clearance. It's crazy. And it includes the newest sets from Batman and Star Wars (Batwing, Two-Face tractor, Quad Jumper, etc.), and some Super heroes too.

I know how many Lego Ninjago Movie sets are due for release, so it just doesn't make sense to clearance brand new sets. BUT, they've never seemed to have a rhyme or reason to how they choose their clearance I guess. XD

Did not buy much lately,The Saturn v +yellow submarine where my latest. (submarine was a pleasant surprise,it looks much better then I did expect it would. It would look nice with other lego as well like a modular city+port)

Waiting for the London bus to be released for non vips and I will be getting that one for sure. After that its waiting for a new ucs falcon (which I probably still wont buy because cost so much) and the new modular or new ideas sets.

The new ninjago city is very tempting,If had to chose between that one or assembly square I would get the city but for now I am buying neither.

    #71219 Legoas Dimensions Fun Pack
#76073 Wolverine vs Magneto Mighty Micros
    #10704 900 pc Classic
#10831 My First Caterpillar (at least this one isn't for me!)
    #31051 Creator Lighthouse
#71348 Hermoine Granger Dimensions Fun Pack
    #41181 Naida's Gondola
    #76080 Ayesha's Revenge
    #41305 Emma's Photo Studio
    #60134 Fun in the Park
    #75174 Desert Skiff
    #31050 Corner Deli
    #75173 Luke's Landspeeder
    #75166 First Order Battle Pack
    #75825 Piggy Pirate Ship

Plus a number of polys from BrickOwl and eBay, and some random CMF's.  In addition, it was my birthday last month and my boyfriend bought me some Architecture, so it's not like I was lacking new stuff to build.

(I know there was no reason to type that all out but I needed to see how badly I have failed at the Lego no spend!)

    • #10258 London Bus - £109.99
    • #40251 Mini Piggy Bank - free
    • #5004932 Travel Building Suitcase - free using O2 priority code
I'm looking forward to building the bus. Now I really want a London Cab to the same scale to join it. Anyone know of a suitable MOC out there?

Toys R Us is having a decent Lego sale and all but one Minecraft set is 20% off. I hadn't really thought about getting any Minecraft even though it certainly is a clever fit for Lego in general, but my table layout is going to have a fair amount of "cave" area and it suddenly dawned on my that filling it with Minecraft features would be a lot of fun! So...

Good Lego week. Nothing large but very happy with:
    • Lots of polybags now that one of my local supermarkets is exceptionally having some!
    • 600 tiles and 1x1 plates from PAB because every time you think you have enough, you're wrong... Will be able to finally finish my mosaic.
    • My first SDCC set! Instead of plugging my ears, going "lalalalala, can't hear you!", and claiming my Unikitty collection is complete without Cutesykitty, I now actually have a 100% complete Unikitty collection :)

What's better than finding lots of polybags in your local shops?

    Finding even more polybags!

(Is it obvious I usually have no/a severely limited selection of polybags around where I live?)

Nothing I want that has a decent enough discount at the moment so placed my second (of probably many) parts order to BrickLink the Sandcrawler.  I'm also a cheapskate an only paid for delivery by surface mail from Canada so I'll probably have received a couple more orders by the time I receive it!

Went to the store and got a bunch of small things to be able to get an extra #40251 Piggy bank, #40265 Friends Tic-Tac-Toe and #40266 Storage Box (x2). Some Build-a-minifig, pick-a-brick, #7280 Straight road plate and #10701 Large 48x48 baseplate.

Happy I did, because I was doubting between getting it from the store or online (and add some PAB/BAP), but turns out my CC is maxed out so I wouldn't have been able to pay on S@H :o
