    The stores in my area that were showing $6.97 (but weren't put out yet) have all upped the price to $54.  Anyone who picked up extras want to trade a Constraction Obi-Wan for a Biker Scout :) ?

    Strange.  I didn't manage to find one of the Scout troopers for $7, but some of the stores that listed the item as out of stock for $7 earlier this morning now show $54.

    Went to 6 stores today, trying to find the d*** scout trooper.  found tags for $6.97 but no scout.  One store had them in stock but when scanned came up at that stores ticket price of $54.  However, picked up a lot of others I thought would have been long since sold out, so not a complete fail:

    My local Walmart (Hermantown MN) had added a number of smaller sets overnight, #70337 for $2.50 and #75116 and #75119 for $5.00 each.  Not the best, but enough to entice me.  Also had a Duplo bulk brick set for $25.00.

    I guess I got these for so cheap since the Next Knight Sets were mixed in with this year's buildable mechs and the series 3 micro fighters were mixed with the series 4 micro fighters. Pretty good camo with the other boxes.

    Picked up Kylo Ren Shuttle #75104 for $30.  Store seems to be slowly trickling what it is putting on sale. Luckily they did not change price on shelf because it was the last one.  Had to scan to know it was $30.

    Saw a dozen #75119 at Walmart in New Haven, CT yesterday for $5 each, bought just one. Even at $5, these seem to be stuck to the shelves.

    There was about 8-10 at one Walmart for $2.50.

    I looked at the box, chuckled, and set it back on the shelf. I don't need those souless eyes peering at me from the bookcase late at night.

    ^I hear ya @IceCreamClone. I know of a couple Wal-Marts that won't drop their Chima mammoth sets below MSRP.

    @CaptainRogers I remember back in 2013-ish I was at a walmart that had a very damaged copy of #9493 (the box was practically flat) on the shelf. It had a clearance sticker for $60, which was the exact MSRP, and it was even in the clearance aisle.

    Funny, I ran across that Chima mammoth today in a clearance aisle for $30, but even though it's a pretty cool looking set for Chima, it wasn't cheap enough for me to buy.

    I did pick up two #70366 Battle Suit Lance for $2.50 each. Yay, I now own two Nexogons!

    @Astrobricks It seems in a lot of places the lifespan of sets is getting shorter. I mean seriously, a set that's only been out half of a year already hitting 75% off? That would never have happened a couple of years ago. I guess there's just so much new stuff coming out that they don't have room to keep some things around.

    Not as good, but they are on sale for 3.19 (I think) at LEGO S@H US right now. Not really any 'army builders' to speak of so they sold what they did and now they have leftovers, not surprising.

    ^ the only good one for army building was the Arkham Joker for the orange jumpsuit. I bought doubles of a few for parts, but the Joker was the only one I got multiples of.

Excited to build him a mega lair for his birthday coming up in July.
    I got the buildable figure deal. I was never really going to get any but suddenly, bling! I have some thanks to an awesome sale.

    I wanted to check local prices on a couple of sets on the Walmart app just to find out they did an update. Instead of showing stock/price levels of all stores near me at once, I can only look at each store one at a time. Could be worse, I know, but it's been nice finding good deals around town the old way.

    I called a local store again this morning as they are showing 8 Ecto 1&2's in stock at $15 again. The response was not what I had hoped,  

    "We're not sure where they're at. We figure they all got stolen..."

    Well thanks again for nothing Walmart.
