Speculation: LEGO City Farm

CatmeowmeowCatmeowmeow The Middle of NowhereMember Posts: 5
I don't know if anyone really cares to share, but I'd love to hear any speculation on the possible return of the Lego City Farm subline. Please do take just a second to post if you have any ideas or thoughts on this. Thanks.

I  definitely miss it and feel it is a bit overdue, but not really sure how well it sold when it was out though. I would not seeing the theme make a return.

If you like modding sets look at getting the Scarecrow Harvester set from last year. There is an excellent tractor and replacing the fear toxin gear with normal stuff gives you a great looking combine. If you don't want the minifigs, sell them here or elsewhere to reduce costs.

Farm and hospital are two City themes I'd like to see re-emerge (and I'd love a zoo/safari too) but I fear they are more likely to end up in the Friends lines. Or maybe animal themes are just considered too "young" for City, as Duplo always seems to plenty of sets with moulded animals.

I definitely agree with the farm theme going to Friends, they already have loads of farm-esque things. But Scarecrow: Harvest of Fear having that tractor and combine is definitely something I didn't think about! Let me know if anyone else finds something like that. I may have to get that set now.

Sigh.  Friends gets all the cool things.
