So I suspect that the fact that nobody has offered up the info you want is that they don't have it. I love building Technic, and I've certainly built the Arocs, but I wouldn't know where to start as regards converting it into an RC unit.
I'd keep an eye on Technic specific sites, or see what someone like Sariel has been up to.

However on your original question @sf1378: did you check Rebrickable?
There's lots of Technic MOC's/mods on there, including of the Arocs.

Also for copycat-ing on MOCs. and i always redact the middle 3 letters since that name is equal to a heavy curse word for me
