That's the auto added description as he has listed the manufacturer set number. I thought it was fairly clear from his description that it is just boxes.

Description is not automatically added, you have the choice to not display it and you also have the choice not to link the listing to the LEGO 10179.

It is listed under the category Toys & Hobbies>Building Toys>LEGO>LEGO Complete Sets.

If I search LEGO 10179 I get:

I'm more interested in those 18 people who are apparently willing to pay nearly $9k for that Millennium Falcon set. You can get a lot more if you had $9k to spare like that.

^I think.it is more like 18 people that have the same set and they want to see if it sells or not; if it does, then they will know what to list theirs for. Wishful thinking, but it only takes one crazy sale to throw everything out of whack.

Love this one. 5 Batman disco/tear polys for just £275. That's £25 more than if you go to Lego and put in 5 orders of £50, except with the latter you'll get £250 of sets too.

@Huw's main article and the main page for #LESTER uses one of my photos since it's numbered 229! I was at the time listing it on eBay with a few extra goodies for £3500! However, I didn't really want to part with it and wasn't expecting it to sell at that price. I only listed it the once and don't currently plan on relisting it again. Although I have been keeping an eye on what they have been selling for (which is how I noticed this fake sale). The first few sold for over £2000 and lots more sold for well over £1000 but I don't think they will sell for that price now. Maybe in a few years.

^I think they added an extra "0" . For that much bulk Lego, $10 a pound is reasonable if buying the entire lot. Some people really think that LEGO is more valuable than gold. SMH.

I did the same. I'm guessing both of us aren't getting it, unless the guy had a whole stockpile that all got smashed in the same corner. Fat chance. Curiosity forced me to pull the trigger. I've heard of cases where sometimes scammers hijack a legit account with positive reviews and post something ridiculously cheap. Then they take the money and run.
