Or was it!?!?!?!?
It is self-fulfilling. If they can convince someone that they are expert enough to grade their crap, then they are expert enough to grade their crap.

The incompleteness of the site and the fact that they tried to sell the Death Star for a single penny all scream "scam" to me...
Also, to be fair, read this report on how Quibids works (the site that Brickbids is modelled after) - http://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-win-at-quibids-auctionswhich-might-just-mean-stay-away-2011-4?IR=T
My advice would be to stay well away. This is more like gambling than an auction. Technically casinos aren't scams but remember, the house always wins and the punters rarely do.

It's rare you know (apparently)...
The 041 Pre-School Bricks set (larger than Duplo)... dates to the mid 1960s. What would get me to buy one of these sets? Unless the box were mint, I wouldn't even pay $10. There are lots of very desirable old sets... but this is not one of them.... but 3 sellers out there think they hit pay dirt....

I'd definitely be keeping hold of the misprint one instead of asking for a replacement! Actually come to think of it I don't think Lego would ask you to return the faulty fig. If they did I'd just track down a replacement via Bricklink and keep/sell the misprint. Actually, love the way his nose print looks like a scared mouth. This must be a pretty rare item, how much would itbe likely to go for?
Or $20.00, more likely.
Here's a Dutch collector friend of mine who built a town scene of the Town Plan era of the 60s, and there's several thousand dollars worth of playability here....

Basically type in any set you want into Bricklink and sort by highest price. The laughs are enough to keep someone entertained for at least 5 minutes...
I would say I may be guilty of listing items for a higher price than they are worth. But hey, if someone wants to pay $50 in Singapore for #21110, than I would gladly sell it if I had one. But how many people are going to pay $500 for this set? None?
Although it is the Pet Shop, so not really sure it's pet free...
I guess they want to sell their whole store?
Wow. I saw the post and thought I'd never seen an listing of so many clone troopers. I clicked on the description to see how many were included and he said x50. 50 clone troopers BRAND NEW for $99,999.99 What a steal!

Does that box say "Magic Wolrd"?
Still not sure if "wnrs" should be read as "wars" or "wieners". It seems fitting either way.
