  It might have only had a limited release - from the numbering, we should also have a Friends polybag number 30397, but this was actually assigned to the Disney theme (and as such the set number refers to Olaf's Summertime Fun).
  
  However it is a 2016 set if Lego's numbering system is correct.

  Its a brand new set, nobody else has seen it yet and it has not appeared in Lego's official database. That is why it is not on Brickset. It will appear soon enough - probably in a day or 2 now we have a picture of the set.
