    For the new villians, I'm keener on the figures than the vehicles, which should help stem the craving to buy, but I do want to get #70359: Lance vs. Lightning and #70351: Clay's Falcon Fighter Blaster. At this point, though, I'm mostly concerned with trying to get the Fortrex, and especially Clay's Rumble Blade, since I know the latter is retiring soon. I really love both factions' first year colourschemes and sets, so I guess I'll try to gather as many of those as possible cheaply...

    i have all of wave 1 and wave 2 set's (will have to wait to christmas day for 1 of the wave 2 sets.)

    there are good set's i dont think there was one set that i was let down by, i also think that most set was got for over 33% off. i dont remember paying full price for any of the nexo knights theme. for wave 1 or 2.

    at some point next year i hope to have a display for all of wave 1 and 2 set's
    i had hoped to pick up 2 of the playmat's for the nexo knights theme. maybe i can get them in the new years sale.

    the wave 3 villians sets. i am waiting until i have some of them before i make up my mind on them. i still going to get all of them just so i can say i got all the nexo knights theme set's but from what little i have seen them look ok.

    Does anyone know if the #30373 Knighton Hyper Cannon has been released in North America at all? I can only find one bricklink store in Canada that has it. They only have 1 in-stock.

    ^ I haven't seen it nor hear about its release here. I've been keeping my eyes open for it as its the only polybags I'm missing from the theme.

    Yay! S@H Europe has wave 3 as coming soon on December 20th:

    At 50 eur #70351 will indeed be a day one purchase. #70352 is a hard sell at 110 euro imo - will need a 40% minumum discount before I pick it up.




    I particularly like the Aaron-bot in #70358. They're some sort of robo-robin hoods:

    1 or 2 images in a post it not a big problem.
    it when you get 3 to 8 images and ever other post with said images and then it takes a age for the page to load.

    Thanks, that's a bit of a relief. I had other forums "auto-hiding" larger pictures in the past - still a bit careless of me.

    After quickly checking the other detailed pics on S@H (nice vilains. Love Rogul and the Gargoyle) I did a quick comparison of EUR-GBP prices. GBP prices seem to have risen overall but the difference can be significant:

    #70351 is 44,99 GBP vs 49,99 EUR in Benelux as well as Germany (Germany's a bit chaper traditionally). This is quite a small difference.

    #70352 is 84,99 GBP but 109,99 EUR in Benelux vs 99,99 in Germany. This is the sort of difference we saw for wave 1 and 2: Fortrex 79,99 GBP in UK vs 109,99 in Benelux and 99,99 EUR in Germany

    The action/battlesuit sets are now priced at 7,99 GBP in the UK. The Ultimates - quite comparable - were a pound cheaper at 6,99. Lego is likely compensating for a weakened Sterling here. European RRP for the actions is still 9,99 EUR like the Ultimates, both in Belgium and the UK.

    There are two on ebay in the UK (one is at a good price the other is a bit much). There is one in the US on ebay, but it is $32!

    I know most likely it will show up eventually but I'm pretty impatient when it comes to certain things.

    Needs to be lower than that for me and army building.  I've found stripping them of their armor, which can limit their poses, and adding some flame details makes them far more menacing.

    Flame details? I'm wanting to build a horde of these, what flame details are you adding? Sounds interesting.

    I am waiting for what I hope to be the inevitable 50% off on this entire theme sometime after Christmas. I'd buy one of most but for sure the baddies and fortrex at 50% plus.

    @rawbob, I'm in the US, so shipping would be pretty pricey. It will most likely show up eventually at one of the usual spots here in the US, I'm just surprised I have only seen a few of them so far.

    As I look more into Nexo Knights, and catching the first few episodes on YouTube, it seems that there's no "original" Jestro minifigure? You know, as he appears at the beginning of the 1st episode before turning evil.

    nope, but i think that the CMF #71007-9 : Jester, is as close as your going to get.
    there is also the one in #7979
    but there is no Pre-evil Jestro in the nexo knights line. and unless he gets turned back to the side of good at some point, i dont think we will be seeing one.

    ^ A non-hologram Merlot minifigure was released 3 months ago, it would have been nice to see a pre-evil Jestro figure as well. Oh well.

    I have the Book of Monsters also, but that one does not include any LEGO; fun read though. It would have been the chance to include pre-evil Jestro.

    I'm gonna dream that it will come out one day in a polybag.

    A historical moment: wave 1 Nexo Knights sets are starting to show up as retired product in Europe. Sets #70311 Chaos Catapult, #70313 Moltor's Lava Smasher and Ultimate Clay and Aaron are gone from S@H BE/NL/UK for instance.

    And I notice that the out-of-stock Nexo Knights items on Tesco Direct include quite a few retiring products. Moltor's Lava Smasher isn't even listed as out of stock, it's just gone.

    a 1 year run for what? half of wave 1?
    for anyone who is Collecting Nexo Knights a good rule of thumb is to have all the set's you wish to own from each wave buy the time the next wave comes.

    ware as ninjago go for about 18 months before getting pulled it look like 11 months is Nexo knights run time.

    than again i like ninjago but i dont go out of my way to own all sets from the theme.
    may end up getting all of skybound (down to needing 3 set) one of wish is the small blimp,

    for nexo knights i only need 1 book. (the one i said about) "The Book of Knights"
    and 1 polybag that looks like i going to have to pay quite a bit for.

    then wave 3 of nexo., witch i hope to get each set for 33% or more off RRP.

    (after a fast look on lego.com/shop/)
    look like #70317 The Fortrex and #70324 Merlok's Library 2.0 are the only set's from wave 1 that get to live to see more life. and i bet this is as there are a matching pair. and i bet this is also why there are not a lot of new good guy sets in wave 3.

    I just grabbed #70315 Clay's Rumble Blade at my local Target. It's showing OOS at S@H and a couple of Target stores in the area. It's the only wave 1 set with power shields I was missing.

    It's funny how I got from "Meh! Not a theme for me" to "Maybe just sets with a Jestro minifigure" to "I want all the sets with power shields!".

    Now I feel bad for not throwing a farewell party to my self-control.

    SON OF A B....!  I'm checking now and it shows on sale in store, but it won't let me buy it for pickup.  So of course it's only showing the Toywiz purchase price of near double MSRP.  I assume it must actually be out of stock now.

    it's sold by Argos here in the uk, and Argos have stock.
    dont know if thats of any help. also some one on bricklink my have it.

    Still can't believe the deal @xiahna scored for us on five NK sets including the King's Mech, paid AU$70 for a bundle that has RRP of AU$215. My wife has uncanny luck when it comes to the Facebook buy & sell groups, there goes just getting the Ultimate sets, the Fortrex & Jestro's Volcano...

    I see Jestro's Volcanic Lair has gone under half price on Amazon UK. I'm torn between "really shouldn't buy any more Lego this year... or at least not big sets..." and "what if they retire it suddenly in early 2017?"

    While that particular combo isn't particularly interesting I like the effort. Down side is the back of the instructions are starting to get very full with little more than adverts

    Ooh, interesting that this gives us silhouettes of some of the summer vehicles.

    In other Nexo Knights news, the Merlok 2.0 app updated yesterday with new content for 2017 (Stone Monsters, Combo Powers, new Nexo Powers, Battle Suits, etc).
