I wasn't asked to create an account until check out. I was able to enter code while looking for items. Then went to check out and everything was good to go. Absolutely no issues. Received email an hour later that items had shipped!

Saw that email as well. Decided to try again (as I could always cancel the order if something wrong occurs)..
Sadly no more cargo train at this time anyway. BUT Corner Deli is an awesome 21 dollars (and change) if you get 2 or more, and I got two Creator Lighthouse sets for 35 (and change) each AND the price stayed where it should be when I checked out. I presume I also got the Triples discount added as well, but did not see it in my cart, just the Extra20

Me too. I also had the frustrating experience with prices in my cart on Saturday and ended up canceling. But I used the entire $30 on stuff that was as low or lower than I could find anywhere. Pretty happy with this order.

So... I purchased the Cargo Train from Jet.com on Black Friday. I received it today in a Toys R Us box - curious, I check my order history and sure enough, it says fulfilled by toysrus.com. Curiouser, I check TRU's order history page with that order number and my zip code, and I see the order, but being paid with a Master Card that is not mine. I check back into my email at the original Jet.com order confirmation and see that the order details there show that it was fulfilled by "Myquickmart" - something I clearly missed when I was placing the order (my first time with Jet.com).

Looks like a drop ship to me... thoughts/advice?

Update: I checked with TRU first, and they directed me to Jet.com. I called Jet.com and they said this was perfectly normal for them to purchase things from other sites when they don't have it in stock, even for other merchants, and that Toys R Us is a site that they partner with. It still seems a bit shady to me... but I think I've done as much as I can to make sure everything was on the up and up.

My order arrived today ahead of the original delivery date of this Weds. Packaged extremely well in a purple colored Jet box! All items in perfect condition. As my first experience with Jet I would have to say I'll definitely be back as a customer!

What may occur is that maybe Jet uses their own 'credit card/line' to purchase the item from another provider (or move funds) if they are out, but sold it via their Jet site? Maybe that is why the credit card does not match yours.

I think they operate under the "Hey, big company, want to make money through quantity selling stuff cheap, and not tarnish your reputation by lowering your prices.

My order came today with 3x Clash of Heroes and 5x 70321. They were shipped in a Jet.com branded cardboard box. Inside was about 100 feet of brown paper for padding. While excessive, this meant nothing was damaged. 10 out of 10 for packaging, so I will certainly be a returning customer.

I thought I would be disappointed with my order, but it wasn't the case. Although the packaging was not ideal, and the bottom box inside got a bit damaged, everything went well. Based on some experiences as told here, I was expecting ripped and dirty boxes, but not at all.

I see Jet has all the current active modulars (minus Assembly Square) available. However, they aren't "eligible" for price reductions with multiple items in cart, or thru the 15% new buyer code. Let's keep an eye out in case they lift that...

Corner Deli back at Jet.com for $28.99, but the price drops with the promo code and if you order more than 1. After checking multiple Wal-Mart stores around here and coming up empty, nabbed 4 copies for $22 each from Jet. Not bad.
