Does someone know what is this brick for? Does it have any special usage?

  Seems exclusive to last year's Ultra Agents sets: http://brickset.com/sets/containing-part-6103777
  
  Looks pretty much like a normal 1x1 with knob (87087), but you can't put anything in the knob?
  Looking at the instructions of those Ultra Agent sets, this part doesn't seem to do anything special.

  It's conductive so you put it on a tablet touch screen to activate features in the Ultra Agents game.
