Then you can get the A-Wing pilot when $30 or more is purchased.
Also, if you want to spend over $100, use the $25 gc promo when $100 is spent.
Will work well with the SW Polys...
I'll probably be getting #70596 since it's a Toys 'R' Us exclusive, not marked up from RRP, and the last Ninjago set on my wish list for this year besides exclusives from other stores.
For example, at the TRU eBay store, #60096 (Deep Sea Base) would be $45 with free shipping.
Normally US $89.99

I actually wrote more than I did and then trimmed it all down because I got the impression folks think I'm too wordy with my posts. ^_^
Anyway, I actually used my coupon at Target's eBay store but picked the Deep Sea because that's the biggest bang for the buck at exactly $60.
I planned on building my set. Good to get it one at roughly 30% off.
I may ask my bro to get that Deep Sea set now!
That was quick!
$5 rewards on your order of $19+ (in store pick up only)
Since my catalog came in the mail it also had a save $15 on $100 coupon on the front cover. I was able to get both promotions by splitting my purchases into two separate transactions.
The clerk was very helpful in making sure I got my rewards card scanned for both transactions. However, even though I qualified for the A-Wing pilot and Cole promos, nothing seemed to show up on the screen. So I went over to CS & once I showed them the Lego page which shows a $30 purchase to qualify for the promo items they handed over both. Without checking my receipt.
The store was so crowded I cannot even imagine the horror of trying to go there on BF or during December, even though I have rewards to use.
If they don't have it, check with electronics/games. They have drawers which may contain some of the promos.
Lastly, check the other register stands. They keep them there too.
If there isn't a promo available, out the door I go.
I have an issue with BOGO 40% from TRU since many sets seem to be at about a 15-20% mark up over RRP.
If you do your homework, there may be some good deals, but Target.com really has some good deals going on now.
I did NOT, however, see anything I wanted for $30 or more in order to get the free Ninjago &/or Star Wars minifigure promotion. :(
I'm not as well known among the TRU circles to be known as the Lego-Price-Match guy but that's how I do 90% of my purchases in-store. So while the employees don't recognize me (maybe that's a good thing), I recognized the usual long-term employees who run the customer service counters. In the past they would hesitate to stack promos. It was a big no-no to price match and use a coupon. Yet recently, while they may not suggest to me what I can do to stack the promos, they would politely ask if there are any coupons before they hit the subtotal key.
I've been able to stack Price-match + Star Wars Poly + Friends Poly + "$10GC for $75 purchase" (and I paid for it all with my discounted gift cards). That specific transaction equates to 60% off the RRP and get two free poly bags.
The 10 GC for 75 promo ends 11/19, in-store only. The coupon was easier to find earlier in the week, but I can't find it right now. Perhaps someone else can help.
