I've been browsing some of the other fan websites when I came across this set. Does anyone know anything  about the set. Other than its a TRU GERMANY Exclusive.

Hopefully they reach GB as well. Maybe bricktober sets?

It looks like a hodgepodge of previously released minifig parts. I don't see a single component that is new.

There is an illustration of headphones and a microphone on the box...

(Or perhaps they are an air guitar band?)

I don't think his pants are the same colour as minifig flesh tone are they?

Good catch; they look quite different from his hands, now you mention it...

I don't like any of the figures. But for collection wise I want them

@tallblocktoo @catwrangler It's obviously a darker shade of yellow because that part of his anatomy sees the sun more than the rest of him. He's notorious for flashing people on a daily basis.

I find them quite strange. They seem to be put together in a real rush and some of the torso's dont really quite 'match up' with the legs.

I've seen better assembled minifigs in the BAM stations.

Looks like a right pile of crap built somewhat randomly from left over parts. The only highlight for me is the elf torso.

Why does the female in the 'warriors' set have a winky face? Fierce! The Octan racer with the mountain climber legs is the sloppiest of the lot in my view. The whole thing seems a shambles. @GothamConstructionCo nailed it above.

Maybe she's aiming her bow and arrow (bow and arrow sold separately).

@CM4S, do you have set numbers for them?

Personally I'm not convinced that the number of the musicians is 55004421 although I appreciate TRU list it as such. We have no other sets listed in that number series so I suspect it's 5004421. I could be wrong of course...

Yes, why would a racing driver add more weight by wearing a karabiner? And the hockey player (if that is what he is, or is he American Football?) has some oil stains on his trousers and wears mirror shades. The cop with the magnifying glass seems to be wearing robes underneath his jacket that are falling over his trousers. And it seems one robber has stolen an extra belt. The plain white skirt for the musician woman is awful, no print and doesn't match. They could have least included the same colour. The king and cowboy are not too bad though.

I wonder if it is an experiment. Make something crap but collectable and see if people feel the need ...

I thought the racing driver was meant to be a parachutist, with those straps on his legs! (Parachute sold separately.)

I have no idea what they are, I found them by changing some image numbers ;)

I'm assuming they go up in order so 55004422, 23, 24... they should be found soon?

Kind of remind me of some of the Fairy Bricks tombola minifigs :-)

There are definitely some pieces I want from these though.

It's being reported that these will be the Bricktober sets in October in the USA.

He's cited no source so I suspect he's copied the images from here and guessed.

Why is the robber on the right naked from the waist down? Maybe he's more of a flasher who's being hunted for indecent exposure? That might explain the magnifying glass...
How did no one beat me to this?.... I guess he was caught with his pants down!

Bricktober would be a good guess seeing as they have the same "1 of 4" or "2 of 4" as the past bricktobers

Pretty pathetic looking lot to me. Looks like a 3 year old put these together at the build a minifig stand in a store...with his eyes closed. Hope that they are not Bricktober 2016, which has had some wonderful micro modulars in the past. Easy to pass on these. They hurt my eyes!

If these are in fact for Bricktober then TRU just saved me a ton of money.

The karate guy has series 2 karate master torso with series 1 spaceman legs. Doesn't really work too well since the legs on the karate master had the black belt continue to flow down to the legs. Maybe this karate guy tucks in his black belt?

I have to agree - these are some slim pickin's.  We should see if the sets from whence these random, thrown-together collections are easily identifiable.

That Octan Guy makes no sense to me.

But, the hair on the Karate Guy is definitively Dareth.  Who's next?

Well if the rumour is true about them being a TRU Bricktober thing thats interesting as the its appears that purple top with flowers and a golden sash has previously appeared in a TRU Bricktober special.  #5002148-1

I would rather have new mini-modulars for Bricktober. Oh well. More money for Double VIP points instead.

    Weeeeeere's my pants?

Also, the Female Warrior definitely has the Genie head from S12.

The legs on the swimmer(?) in the athletes collection look like a recolor of the series 2 lifeguard legs which were clearly female. Does this make the first transgender minifigure released?
  • CCCCCC UKMember Posts: 18,314
They are the swimmer's (also female) legs, they were black trunks.

Lol the Karate guy has 2 belts on! One to keep his kimono on, the other to keep his space pants up! I thought the Cowboy was the best, till I realized it looks like he has 2 belts on too...smh. they do appear to be this years bricktober sets from TRU. The female warrior doesn't even have a tapered top piece, so it looks weird. Oddly enough the only decent figure is the king, cause he has plain legs that doesn't contrast with anything.

    I agree.

Conversely, these parts WILL end up in a future BAM bar.
